Homeless people sleeping in the entrance driveway. The lighting outside of the hotel and I. The interior hallways is too dim and gives a creepy vibe.

The property was ideal for what I was looking for. I just needed one night to rest and to relax. The staff was exceptional very friendly, diligent and competent. It’s an older hotel setback from the street, but very well maintained.

Overall service is great. My only concern is that they don’t have hotel service. During the time I was scheduled to attend the wedding I experienced to get the taxi and Grab so I ask the hotel if they available service but unfortunately no service available. We are 15 minutes late on the event.

I like it's location, it's quietly out of traffic yet it's closed to multiple shopping mall and dining option and about 5 min walk to Gaisano grocery store or country mall.

The staff were awesome, requests were fast to avail, rooms are clean and room temperatures were great. There’s a restaurant at the ground level and foods were good and reasonably priced.

Hotel has friendly staff, good service but cleaners should be supervised and taught how to thoroughly clean especially the toilet base has yellow stuff surrounding it plus the bathroom rug is always dirty looking. Pillow cases were not bright white and needs bleach to whiten it otherwise hotel has a homey atmosphere and nice.

The floor of the room was clean. But the walls seemed cracked. The air conditioner was making wierd noises throughout the night and the room had dim lights. The room was spacious. Good customer service by the reception.

As I booked the room I paid for an extra person thinking we would have an extra bed. Instead of notifying us that I didn't pay for the extra bed and only the food. All they said was they didn't have the bed for us.There was no helping from the staff for us to be comfortable. TV didn't work and there's not much amenities. For being a suite, it wasn't what I was expecting! I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Property looks clean, all staff is very friendly and polite the free breakfast was good. They go beyond their way to make your stay feel very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we had water leaking from somewhere in the bathroom.

Then the room we were in always has this annoying smell (drainage-smell in the bathroom area and food-smell in the room like the exhaust from the house nearby seeped into the room. My first towel (which I havent used) has a stained ?looks like a yellow-coloured stained.

I have used Taxi and Grub to go around and they have hard time finding location despite all this technologies (GPS, etc..)
I have one suggestions' for Management: to put sign on main street on both corners.

Staff that took care of the admission is not friendly and a bit arrogant. But other staffs are very accommodating and helpful.
Heater was not working, I need to shower on different room.
Hotel had a beachfront.
