THERE WHERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE !!! The customer service was horrible ! Just rude !! The bathroom smelled like cigarettes!! The toilet was broken . Roaches was coming out from under the bed and dressers . The water coming from pipes smelled bad , my dad said he brushed his teeth and tasted a funny taste in his mouth from the sink water . All around a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

There were roaches in the room I reserved. Ended up leaving earlier due to roaches.

The Inn is your typical beach weathered motel style property. Rooms are clean and well kept up and the Wi-Fi worked greatly. Location is amazing, 2.5 blocks from the water, ample food options and a 7/11 nearby. If you're looking for a resort, this ain't that. But if you're looking for a clean place to sleep and chill as needed, this place is golden.

This property was unsafe. The stairs were about ready to fall through the railing was rusted. There was no elevator for my disabled husband the rooms were dirty, blankets stained, unable to get extra linens, blankets, or pillows. Refrigerator, microwave and lights barely worked and looked like they were to about Short circuit. Whoever owns this place needs to do some serious upgrades and do them correctly it said our room was newly renovated and only thing that looked like it was new might be then sink in the bathroom and the shower which were not done very well. Only thing I can say is the woman that showed us our room and work the front desk and also clean the rooms was very accommodating and was able to get us our room as soon as we got there instead of waiting until 3:00. Other than that the owner has a lot of work to do.

The property needs renovations and cleaning. Location was great.

So so place, good to stay for one night on your trip to elsewehere

could be better. My shower handle fell off. Also drain had a huge chunk of hair inside. Sheets got stains on them & Cigarette burns. The vent in the bathroom also looks very moldy & rusty. I mean you do get what you paid for. Overall it’s alright. Would not come back though

Great place to stay cheap short walk to the boardwalk restaurant and the beach very quiet peaceful and safe staff work hard to maintain and give the best service

Theres no denying that the motel is older. However it was extremely clean! I am fussy about cleanliness in a hotel or motel and this location blew me away. It smelled amazing and was well tended. The staff are extremely kind and even my toddlers liked them. The location is extremely convenient! We walked to thr beach and beach shops. Also very short drive to local stores and attractions. In short, its an older facility, with no frills. But the staff ,location, cleanliness and price make it more than worth it. We will be back!

The manager/owner (unsure), was pretty nice and helpful! The motel itself, was a bit dirty, floor was dusty, mirror was dirty, blankets had stains, and there was a white powdery substance on the AC unit, but you could tell it had been cleaned. Linens were clean, aside from staining. Overall for the price its decent, i would just recommend bring disinfectant wipes in case you run into anything questionable on a surface they may have missed while cleaning. Walking distance to the beach, shops and places to eat. I would stay there again if i needed an affordable place close to the beach

Arrived at hotel at 345 pm to find a note on the door went to store be back soon after waiting in the car for a hour just to check in the Manager came back and was rude when we said are you going to compensate us for waiting so long told us if we wanted compensation we needed to contact hotels.com the room was in need of repair and did not look like anything in the picture the outside of the hotel was worse really run down the housekeeper lives in one room and the manger lives in another on the the property the whole stay there the office was only maned only maybe a hour the rest of time there was a note to call a number for assistance and when it came to check out only the housekeeper on grounds told to leave the room door open and to drop key in slot for office manager would get it when she woke up check out time at 11 am

Staff was very pleasant, room was a decent size. Sheets were stained.. and there was sand in the bed.. but room was clean. Didnt use the provided blankets had or own.

Dirty room. Dirty linen. Moldy shower curtain tv didn’t work. Nobody at the desk to check us in Overpriced for what you get. Never going back there again.

The hotel was in close proximity to the beach. The staff made the stay more pleasurable

The lady that checked me in was very very rude this time. I will never stay at this place again. I come all the way from Florida every 2 weeks and stayed at this this place every time, this time is the 3rd time It was condensation on the floor because it's a big gap under the door of 214 so everything was wet. Shower curtain wasn't clean dead water bug behind the chair. Just all out a bad stay this time and will be the last time.

The staff at the hotel was nice. The hotel room itself was clean. The furniture needs updating. It was plenty of parking and convenient to stores and restaurants.

Floor was so greasy and grimy I actually cleaned it before we got into bed. About the only good thing I can say about this place is at least the sheets were clean!

I was a little scared staying here. Woke up to the maid or another room blasting music. The people seemed nice but seemed like a lot of folks living in this hotel rather than vacationers. The one night stay was fine, bed was king and fine and room nice size. Had working refrigerator at microwave and hotel has an ice machine. No swimming pool.

It was a good motel. You definitely get what you pay for. I would say they should probably upgrade the locks to the door. But other than that if you aren’t uptight and picky it’s a great place to stay for young couples or any couple.

Checked in, room had bedbugs that were huge and a loaded gun magazine under the corner pillow. Didn't stay, not even there 5 mins.. Felt like a drug infested hotel. Hotels.com was told of this and only refunded me 30. This place should not be listed.

Great place and great staff

The women that worked this motel were more than awesome! They worked their butts off to clean, check people in/out and accommodate everyone. Kudos to them!!
