It was a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray. I complained to front desk. My daughter is asthmatic and she couldn't breath in the room. There were people drinking and playing loud music in the parking lot. We ssked for a different room but were told there were none. So they offered to reimburse us but never got my money back.

Not bad for just a one night stay. But i believe it could be a little expensive for how they maintain the rooms.

Needs to be updated. Smells like old nursing home. And There isn't any Wifi even tho it pops up on the wifi services

It was a good location not on the board walk but all you have to do is walk across the street and you’re there don’t have to drive or find parking because you’re basically on the strip the on the other hand the stairwells smelled of pee and where dirty seen a couple of roaches the first night but nothing else afterwards have a small kitchenette just a stovetop and you have to bring your own cooking ware and have a mini fridge so you can’t store much in there overall it wasn’t all that bad except there’s no WiFi so if you need it you won’t get it there the manager was nice and accommodated and made arrangements for me to make me feel better they do have good service and the room service guy was nice I knew what time to expect him every morning asking if I needed anything

Stairs real of urine. Parking lot might as well have a sign advertising it is the drug capital of the city. Cops were called to the parking lot during our stay from excessive screaming I assume. I was extremely happy with the 2 nights I stayed here. It is a little out of date, but for the price, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, and the fact that it is literally 2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach, you just can't beat it. If I ever go again, I won't even look at any other motels because I was perfectly happy with this one!

This Inn is greatly priced compared to others in the area. Only had one issue, which was taken care of immediately. Have stayed here multiple times now. Will be back again as well. Only suggestion would be better mattresses. All the staff is wonderful (the owner, the maintenance man, cleaning staff and office staff)! Staff even gives great recommendations.

There were many strange people in the hallways and on the stairs, lying on the floor and the stairs had urine. They did not have wifi, as specified in the services it offers. It has an excellent location, close to everything.

I didnt like that the stove was dirty, next day they didnt clean our room, sorry I it was horrible the cleaning.

It was a perfect location for our 2 day vacation. Couldn't beat the price! Condition of the room weren't too good. Definitely needs some renovation. I was a little disappointed for not having a flat screen TV in my room. The other rooms I saw when I was walking by had one. Location is good though! About 2-3 mins walk from boardwalk!

The staff was wonderful and we would stay there again for sure there was great access to food restaurant everywhere in walking distance

The location to beach, affordability, nice pool, and friendly staff were the positives. Very outdated rooms with "old" smell inside and urine smell on stairwell. No bugs. Mom was disappointed; 20-something kids thought rooms were good enough.

Staff were very nice and its close to the beach. you get what you pay for, kinda. No smoking room reeks of smoke, toilet wasn't attached to ground, and leaking from the bottom, everything was old, the TV / cable didn't work.

Not fancy but clean and close to stores and restaurants. Looked at two bedroom units for family trip next summer. Only place I have seen that large -- sleeps nine short two blocks to the beach. No wifi which is a disappointment. Hope they decide to install it soon. Will likely come back

Room was old and carpet and bed dirty. Ceiling in bathroom hanging on by a thread. Mirror was fading on edges. Everything was broken or dirty (table corner cracked, small hole in wall, chairs at table were cracked, fridge handle missing, drawers dirty, closet rod in dinette didn't have hangers, bed had visible stains under the bed cover, phone had a burn mark, toilet didn't flush, carpet was matted). Asked for a refund for our second night and found some where else to stay. Wouldn't have stayed the first night but the front desk person said she couldn't give refunds and it was after 10pm and we had small kids who were exhausted. We used our own pillows and blankets and slept on top of the sheets. Got to our next place and scrubbed ourselves. Hallway smelled like urine. Lady at front desk was nice, I feel bad they work there. You would think for $200/ night they could upgrade and clean the place up!!!! Was contemplating calling the health department on the fact the bathroom ceiling looks like it was about to fall down, the carpet was not only matted but sticky (yup in the middle of the night my foot touched it when my kid had to go to the bathroom), no hallway should ever be that dirty or stinky.

The ladies in the office were extremely nice. That being said, the room was actually the dirtiest room I've stayed in to date. We have been traveling over a year now and we chose this room because it had a kitchenette. The kitchen floor was filthy as were the walls in all the rooms. It was actually pretty tough to just ignore it and I have stayed in many low star places that were at least clean. If you can look past the dirtiness then you could be ok if you want to cook your own meals and be close to the beach. The ice machine was also out of order
