This horrible was disgusting and the two individuals worked the front desk at night were the most rudest, incompetent and unfriendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.
You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel ever again. I’d rather sleep in a barn full of manure than stay in this place.

My fav hotel in Erie for sure!! Great staff. My first room had a weird smell coming from the ac so they moved our room, no questions asked. Kids loved the pool.

Mistreated by GM Jen this place should be Ashamed of themselves for kicking out A handicap person in A wheelchair ♿️ my wife who is partially disabled and my 79 year old mom who can barely walk because of The General Manager Jennifers refusal to change our sheets my wife got angry and contrast to what Jennifer will tell you i had to sleep in my wheelchair for 3 nigjts and when we got mad about the fact that the hotel would not change our sheets the GM Jennifer decided to boot us out of the hotel Jennifer has A pack of lies to tell you none true about the anger we had about not getting our sheets changed this hotel should replace the whole staff and Jennifer should be fired for her behavior in regards to this. We had to stay at another hotel in grove city Pa because there were no other roons available in Erie Pa to accommodate us so we had to stay at another hotel our entire trip to Erie was Ruined Thank you.

There were bags of trash in the hall all weekend. They were the same bags as when I arrived to when I left. The elevator had a water bottle on the floor all weekend. I took my own lysol wipes and lysol spray for the room. The elevator floors were not clean at all. The front desk staff tho was super friendly and polite and knowledgeable.

I booked this hotel through a third-party vendor. The room was supposed to be to double queen beds. When I arrived, I was providing my keys, checked into my room and realized it was only one queen bed for three guest. I went to the desk and explained my concern. The front desk staff told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was a pull out or cot available, and was told that there were none available. The woman at the front desk appeared to be very overwhelmed and flustered as numerous guests came and were turned away because third-party vendors overbooked the hotel. Other guests complained about the conditions of the rooms to no avail. Let’s get to the room itself. Although the hotel is a non-smoking facility my room smelled like cigarettes smoke. The bathroom was filthy and moldy. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE traveling with family and animals.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so we bought our own air fresheners. The cooktop burners were broken (it would flip the breaker everytime it was turned on) so we couldn't cook some of the food we purchased. We also couldn't adjust the room temperature as it stated. There were only 2 options: 65 degrees and freezing or turn it off and wait until it got too hot and needed turned back on again.
The laundry facilities were free so that was helpful. Our room was never cleaned so we were able to at least wash and reuse our bathroom towels.

Was put in wrong room upon checking in, but luckily they had the style of room I booked originally and made it right. Remote for tv didnt work properly, seemed like the batteries were dying. Hotels.com website said checkout was 12pm when in fact it is 11am. No issues with parking or location. Overall, a decent 1 night stay.

Multiple issues with this hotel. During stay someone came in room and emptied out contents of refrigerator and left them out on counter where they spoiled. Manager denied it was staff but who else would have access / reason?
Overall property not clean, paint peeling in bathroom. Lots of road noise.
On the positive side they did refund a reservation for a future date which I had cancelled.

Arrived at hotel after already paying and was told that because of the Microsoft bug, their systems could not stop taking reservations even though they were fully booked. We were turned away without a room and told that Hotel.com had to fix our refund issue.

Front desk staff was untrained, rooms were not stocked with towels, the shower had lots of soap scum, lights in the room did not work- And there was pervious guests' pizza left in the refrigerator!

My only suggestion/concern is that there was no grab bar IN the tub/shower. There was one OUTSIDE the tub, but nothing to grab onto inside the wet area. A bit dangerous.

Terrible stay. Waited for 45 minutes before being checked in. Front desk was very unfriendly and inpatient. No chair in the room, the room environment was terrible. Hope others can stay in a better environment.

The overall stay was not acceptable for the price. 1st We we’re told we could check in after 3 PM, we arrived at 4 and room wasn’t ready not enough staff so had to wait til 530 before we could check in. 2nd no coffee in the room they didn’t get any from their supplier so only coffee was at the front desk. 3rd we rented a room with a kitchen and it had a 2 burner stove and only 1 worked, the silverware was absolutely disgusting and look like it was never cleaned. Their breakfast consisted of waffles and waffles and on Wednesday they had waffles and nothing else. There was mildew all over the shower head. I highly recommend going to another Hotel as this one is potent managed and no one there cares.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever experienced. I booked 2 rooms via hotels.com charged my card immediately for both rooms, one for myself and one for a coworker. After traveling all day we arrive to check in and there is only 1 room in there system. After arguing with the desk clerk all that was offered was an apology and a roll away bed as we would have to share a room, very disappointed. We got to the single room and waited an hour. No roll away bed arrived. I went down to the lobby and the girl had left that promised us the roll away and the new crew had no clue. 2 hours later, it arrives. Next morning, we check out and the manager happens to be there. They print me off a receipt for the one room. I said i was charged already for 2? She very rudely said i dont care, she didnt want to see my confirmation email and said you have to call hotels.com. She than printed the receipt off and threw it across of the counter to me. Unbelievable, please never ever stay here.

The room had light that didn’t work. The heat did not work. When I went down and told the front desk they told me that I had to just deal with it. There is only one way in and one way out and you can only turn one way. The walls are really thin you can hear everything that is going on outside your room.

Found out at check in that we were bumped from the suite we reserved. Room we got was not comparable but still spacious . Bathroom shower was grimy and had mildew. Very noisy night. I am not sure what all was happening but very disruptive. The morning brought the realization that there is no breakfast here, except one waffle maker. Coffee maker in lobby was also broken. Keurig was there as replacement.
