Room was clean with full of amenities even though I booked the cheapest room Superior with no window as i did not need luxury room. This hotel is in local areas where local Vietnamese live but still near the Old Quarter and in the centre. As far away the tourist side, it is quite and have many cheap tasty food around. Satisfied to stay here

The staff were so friendly. I already booked a city tour in reception. The room was clean with full facilities. They are in centre and take 1km to go to Old Quarter. The location is good to explore the city. Local food near hotel is cheap and delicious such as pho, hotpot and bun cha. Recommend.

it was a nice experience, room is clean & wild, comfortable. the equipment is all works well, staffs are friendly. as my exerience, cleanliness & attitude is kind of difficulty in Vietnam. So, i highly recommend this hotel, they make a good business with clients. Win / Win for both sides.

My stay was enjoyable here. The staff in daytime was super friendly and helpful. I took the free map and local food guide at the front office desk. Good location that is near Ancient Citedal, Tran Quoc Pagoda/Quan Thanh Temple/Westlake and Long Bien Bridge. The Old Quarter and night market takes 5-10" to walk. Cleaning spacious room even though Superior room do not have window (it"s still ok as reasonable price)

Deluxe room was great with spacious size and modern facilities. I had a chair and table in the balcony to chill out and see the city view. That was fresh. Location is good as it is next to the Old Town and near Hanoi Citadel and West Lake. Good for everyone who will visit around Hanoi.

With all my respect to some people whom wrote a super good reviews always which was completely untrue with this hotel... I was so disappointed to book this hotel which I actually booked it according to the reviews I read but now I learned my Lesson, NEVER follow what others says and write here, since unfortunately some of the guest here have a very very very low standards, for them this was perfect which in real life was far from even acceptable... here are some of the photos I will share, see is to believe... the bed sheet was dirty, the tea hot maker was never cleaned... please kindly if anyone going to write a review please write it honestly, NOT according to your sweet experience with the staff or receptionist. Receptionist were ok but NOT as has been described,the room was not as clean and not really as comfortable.

The location was very good. Staff were mostly helpful. The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Great stuff (+welcome drink, really good), nice designed space, comfortable, clean, great internet, great location. Haven't had time for breakfast, but I heard it was good. I would recomend this place.

Room was really relaxing and quiet. Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly.They help us get tickets for the water puppet show.Everything was walking distance. I liked that they had a laptop if you want to use.

Exceptional office staff who went over and beyond in all ways

Staff were amazing. When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony free of charge for no reason at all. The room itself was spacious and for the most part clean. There were some marks and stains on the walls and holes that were interesting to look at. Spent the first night and our room was freezing cold. We obviously had the air off because the weather was cold outside but there was a major draft from the balcony door. Also our air conditioner was broken and would not produce heat. The next day we asked for an extra blanket and they brought one right away. They also had someone come and look at the air conditioner but they couldn't seem to fix it. So we were able to change rooms that had a heater that worked, same size room just a different one. One of the things I didn't not like at all was the shower. There is a hand held part as well as a shower head which never worked. So it was very uncomfortable to shower. The service was amazing though, anytime we had an issue we would call the front desk and it would be solved immediately. Another bad thing about this hotel was the location. You are not near anything. There is 1 local pub to get drinks and food and a kfc. Other than that there were no options to get something to eat which made us hate staying there. I can't express how well the front desk service was, the bell boy was awesome and the lady working the reception was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with good information.

Decent hotel given the price. Staff were ever willing to help. Walls were a bit thin though -- I could hear my neighbour snoring or even moaning.

Place is nice and clean and rooms are big! However, location is slightly out of the old quarter area and its about 1km walk to where all the usual old quarter attractions are. Our room smelled slightly of smoke and when brought it to the front desk, they helped us to change rooms without much fuss.

The location is very good, in the center, convenient for transporting but still in the quiet place where will not disturb you by some noisy sound from markets or bars like Old Quarter areas. It takes 5 minutes to West Lake and 10 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake. Especially, the hotel staff was amazing, really nice and helpful. The staff cared about customer and did everything to make me satisfied. 1 day I clamed about the wifi as the internet company was fixing the cable lines, so it was terrible. However, even though it was not the hotel"s fault, they still got free 1 night for me and apologized for this problem. It was fair to me and made me happy. If you have plan to stay for longer days, Tryst is the best choice for your trip

It"s very comfortable when I staying here. All of staff were friendly, helped me whatever I need such as air-port picking up, taxi, restaurants to eat nearby and some shows I should take ( circus and water puppet ). The room was really clean. I highly recommend their facilities at room as it is new and modern than some hotels I ever stayed in Hanoi. The bathroom was beautiful with standing shower. Breakfast was a la carte menu and mixed between Asian and Western dishes. Good location, in the middle of Hanoi, near West Lake firstly, then Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter

Their service is awesome. When i came, my room was not ready so they got free upgrade for me to Deluxe room for 1 night. Very kind and helpful staff. The room is beautiful with lovely balcony and big bathtub. Their breakfast is quite good with a range of choices. Good location, in the middle of center but still quiet. Easy to go around for local food and take a few minutes to walk to Old Quarter, West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda ( should have a visit this beautiful pagoda beside West Lake )

The staff absolutely made this hotel wonderful as they took care me everything from the welcome email before coming to other my requirements when staying there such us bus ticket to Halong and car pickup at air-port. All of them was so nice, friendly and helpful. Lovely comfortable room with free 2 water of bottles, tea and coffee everyday. U should know about that. Best breakfast with choosing meals from menu but you can eat even 3 dishes it"s ok hahaha, I did that. Location is good, in the center, but still quiet and near many cafe/restaurants. 10' to walk to other attractive places ( Old Quarter/West Lake/Hoan Kiem Lake/etc) Strongly recommend this hotel as you won't be disappointed.
