Great service at this small resort type hotel. Staff was very helpful. Only 10m from the airport

My family of 7 stayed at Ponce De Leon resort for 3 nights and 4 days. We were immediately made to feel at home by the staff. Everyone is so accommodating, always willing to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Its a family-run resort; the owners are nice, warm and welcoming. And the food is great.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was overall happy with the hotel. It had a nice pool and the staff were extremely helpful. I didn't like the cockerels waking me up from about 2am and also I didn't like the fact there was no safe in the room - especially as the cleaner left the room unlocked on at least one occasion.

Ponce de Leon resort is a delightful place. We found the staff polite and very accommodating. All the requests we made were dealt with efficiently. We met the owners Mrs De Leon and her daughter Pam on our first night and they were so wonderful providing us local information from where to shop to the must see places. Pam organised all our local tours. We were given some desserts and the resort is well known for their incredible home made cakes such as chocolate brownies . There was no need to dine outside the resort as the restaurant offered local and international cuisine which we thought were quite reasonable as well as delicious. Our daughter celebrated her 12th birthday during our stay in Ponce DeLeon. I tried to organise a cake but was told it was already done. The staff with Pam sang happy birthday as they brought the cake from the restaurant to the pool area where we were sitting. It was such a lovely surprise. The personal touches, the thoughtfulness given from management to the staff showed how hard they work to ensure a memorable stay from the moment we arrived till we departed Puerto Princesa. Ponce de Leon may not be a 5 star accommodation but we rate it 5 stars because it exceeded our expectation.

Staying at Ponce de Leon resort was quite memorable, and it is a destination in itself! The gardens, with pool, huge trees and flowers, and spa, were amazing. We ended up coming back early from our scheduled daytrip, to be able to soak in the atmosphere and to lounge around the hotel grounds and spend more time there, just relaxing and laidback.I especially liked my early morning dips in the pool, and also night swimming, while reading my book, with a nice drink and homemade appetizers. The food was thoughtfully prepared.The staff was very accommodating; they connected us with the main tourist spots, but also showed us the not-so-beaten-path where the locals go.It was quite lovely. thank you for a such a memorable stay!!

Very nice place, Good food Specialy the clam bake, the staff are very friendly and attentive and also the accommodation is good . I am satisfy with my stay their.
