The front desk was very courteous and helpful. Her customer service was excellent. Are room was wonderful,quiet and clean. We will definitely book again at Blue Bird Inn.

Wonderful hotel for the price. Will definitely stay again. Loved the spacious clean room. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

This was our second time staying at the Bluebird in and both times we had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and hotel check in was very friendly.

Booked room because of proximity to hearst castle. Booked the deluxe room for the fireplace. Although they allow service dogs, they didnt stipulate on the listing that they only have 4 possible rooms that allow service dogs and the deluxe room is NOT 1 of them. They gave me a smaller room but i did not get a discount for the price paid. Our room was nice except that the fridge was loud when it kicked on and woke us most of the night. BE AWARE that if you have a service dog, you can only get into 1 of 4 possible rooms on the site. The staff is very friendly and the town is so small its easy to relax. Unfortunately, that will be our last time at this hotel. Next time we are in the area we will stay somewhere else.

Bluebird Inn was a very nice place to stay. Kayli and Sue were very nice (front desk). Coffee and snacks offered hit the spot in the morning. Inn is on Main St and very well situated to restuarants and shops.

The hotel was very cozy. Our room was clean and spacious. It did have a private balcony that looked out onto a tree area. Pretty quiet. The balcony and balcony furniture definitely could use some maintenance. The room has decent carpet and a fireplace. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the check in. The staff was very nice, but they apparently don’t have enough cleaning staff to have the rooms ready on time. We had requested an early check in, but could not get it. We had to wait outside for the room to be ready - check in was 4- we were not able to get in till 4:40.

Room was clean and comfortable. We were out all day and our room was not made up. When we returned the maid knocked on our door handed us some towels and left. No mention of the room not being done.
Would have liked some vending machines with water and soda. There were "snacks" available in the Lobby but the Lobby was closed in early evening.

We cannot say enough good things about The Bluebird Inn and Cambria itself. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations about where to eat and what activities nearby were worth checking out. Our room was immaculately clean, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Very clean, modest but comfortable room -- property is in walking distance of Downtown Cambria restaurants and shopping. Can get a little noise from other guests arriving, conversing etc. outside, but a pleasant stay overall. Well priced for the area.

We were pleasantly surprised having such a beautiful room with fireplace, big balcony facing a jungle like forest!!! The reception room is large, chalet style with a big stone fireplace, wood walls and delicious breakfast.

Cute old-style motel. Clean, updated where needed. Affordable. Friendly staff Had a charger for cars. Beds were comfortable. Good location to downtown Cambria (walkable) Free parking. Good value.

liked the location...what I didn't like was they advertised as having a queen bed was actually a full bed (not very big for 2 adults)

The property reached out ahead of time to notify us of a CA-1 closure that would have led to a lengthy detour, which I really appreciated. Overall, the property is charming and lovely! Very welcoming and encouraging of social activity with the lobby and fire pit area. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

The positives - buildings are nicely maintained; parking is easy; shops and restaurants are within walking distance; staff was personable. The negative - noise from upstairs neighbor. Our room was on the first floor. The floors on the second story are creaky/loud so we heard the every step the people in the room above us took. Recommend asking for a 2nd floor room.

Very quaint, quiet and cozy place. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. They had a nice fire pit in the front that we enjoyed sitting by in the evening and chatting with other guest. It was extremely clean.

This was our second stay here. This place has very clean rooms and showers, comfortable beds and plenty of parking. There’s also the convenience of two Charge Point electric vehicles chargers on-site. Would absolutely recommend. Oh and checking in was easy with a very accommodating & nice staff.

A delightful woman named Fal checked us in, she was probably the owner. The outside of the Bluebird Inn takes you back in time to my youth traveling with my parents in the 60's. It looks like a quaint motel from the outside. Fal told us they don't have air conditioning but a cross breeze blows cool air each evening. She was correct! Take a steps into our room which looks brand new and modern, and it also has a ceiling fan! This stay was absolutely wonderful, she had coffee and snacks for breakfast but there also lots of bakeries within walking distance. Many many dinner options also within walking distance. In the chilly nite and cool morning there was an outdoor fire pit lit up in front of the Bluebird as if to welcome guests in . Don't stay anywhere else!
