No carpark but street parking and it's free after 6pm. Also think they offer a discount at the reception but didn't need it.
A very nice receptionist told me all I needed to know.
A very old style lift to most floors but still had to take stairs to my room.
Room size was good, shower room on the other hand absolutely tiny!
The bed was very comfortable.
Wifi is excellent
The shower was lagging in power
Location along the seafront close to lots of restaurants and pubs.
Great value for what you get
The room was clean.
You are not allowed to take the room key out of the hotel as it's attached to a long piece of wood as shown in the video.
You get a breakfast bag to take away in the morning on check out.
Has a bar and pool table.

Lovely Hotel,has been said before,bit dated but so are a lot of the hotels in Eastbourne the room we stayed in a large double sea view was lovely the view over the sea was superb staff very friendly and helpful,for the price excellent value ,would stay again

Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2nts with our dog over August Bank Holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. In great location close to seafront and town centre and walkable to Beachy Head. Staff were welcoming and gave good recommendations for dinner and also provided a leaflet with discount. The takeaway breakfast was also a great touch and unexpected.

Very nice old building though showing it's age a bit. Owners are very nice and helpful and overall had a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed and lovely views over the sea.

The stay was amazing. We had a winderful view from the front of the building. The only small issue was we were not aware part of the hotel was being worked on which means we had scaffolding next to us. The workers didn't bother us much and mostly made noise/play the radio after 10am.

From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and extremely helpful. I use a wheelchair for mobility issues but am able to use it as a frame to walk. The lift is small but at over 100yrs old it still does a wonderful job. You would have difficulty sitting in your chair unless you went in alone. There's an accessible room on ground floor but I was travelling with my adult son so we booked the family room - 2 separate sleeping areas within one room and a large walk in shower. A complimentary breakfast bag of butter croissant, jam, yoghurt and piece of fruit was provided every morning. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, it won't appeal to everyone but we thoroughly enjoyed our break. We'll definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel with a great family feel. The staff are fantastic and will answer all your questions and point you in the right direction. The hotel is well situated with plenty of parking nearby £2.20 per day we never had to park more than 100Mts away. Breakfast bags are available at reception free of charge or you can try the breakfast buffet across the road , great value £9.90 PP with a voucher from the hotel. The hotel is well situated with only a short walk to bars, restaurant's and the pier. I can not recomend highly enough.

Really good value, service, room and extras like the breakfast bag (I did not pick this up as was going somewhere else) Liked the beer and wine fridge in the lounge where you could buy wine for £13 and beer/cider for £3. Bed v comfortable. I’d def use again

Everyone who worked at West Rocks was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic- right across from the beach. We had a great view! The hotel is older and could use a little refreshing, but it was clean and comfortable.
There is a working lift/elevator that is small and somewhat challenging to use. I believe that it would fit one wheelchair but would not leave room for any other passengers.

Good value for money for a 1 night stay and waking up in the morning with an incredible sea view. The bed is super comfy and the room with a bay window is spacious. The hotel is old but the staff are very friendly and always keen to help. Parking right outside the buildingis free between 6pm and 8am - ideal for a business overnight. It is a beautiful town for an afternoon stroll.

Although basic, it comes with little extras that are nice surprises like a breakfast goodie bag, and even little chocolate biscuits by reception on a help yourself basis. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. If you want to spend your days out in the beautiful town and just want a warm place to sleep,,,,, Highly recommended

Hotel at the seafront within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the pier. A great base to explore Eastbourne and its surroundings.

Booked a couple’s night away with the dog.
The team were more than welcoming to us and even had treats for the dog left in the room.
The view was amazing out of the bay window out onto the seafront and the room was nice and big.
Great value for money for the trip and the breakfast bag was a bonus as it’s clear that they don’t serve a proper breakfast.

I booked a family stay (2 adults 1 teen) for the August bank hol. I was expecting a triple room but to my surprise it was a queen room and separate room with bunk bed which my daughter enjoyed. The bunk bed was a pain though as it creaked and squeaked at every turn - even a sneeze. The bathroom was clean, but dated. Tiny corner sink which made a mess when washing our face/brushing teeth. Mannerable staff at hotel, very welcoming and friendly.

The service and attention to detail at West Rocks was second to none!! The location is fantastic as it’s on the sea front and all the staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They have extra little gestures such as treats at reception, an individual continental breakfast bag and when they found out it was a special occasion, they had left a lovely surprise in my room!! The parking permit they give to guests is such a steal!! I was very happy with everything and would thoroughly recommend West Rocks and would happily stay there again!! Well done West Rocks Hotel!!

If I had more money I would of gone a stay somewhere else there is no facilities to get anything to eat my room was nothing like it was showed you on the pictures I’ve never been so disappointed in staying somewhere as I was staying in this hotel yes the staff which I say was okay there was not one room that you showed me on hotel Bookingcom that was in that hotel yeah only thing I can say about it was the bed was comfortable
