Convenient, safe and comfortable

Staff are very attentive and courteous. They make you feel VIP at all times. We had a great time here. It is worth coming back for sure! Highly recommended. We just wished when we booked 2 rooms, they could have been closer to each other as requested.

Generally the hotel is good. All the staff are helpful and smiling. One negative feedback was, we requested for our room to be cleaned as I left a hanging note. But it was not. Secondly, I went to the counter to make sure that our "early" picked van will be arriving on time. She confirmed it will and said that I will be paying an extra charge for an early pick-up.. But she immediately, retracted the additional charges when I informed her that the manager did not charge me for any kind of early pick up. I just want to point out this incident. because the manager was kind enough to accommodate our request without mentioning any kind of additional charges and here she is charging us for an extra fee. But no harm done. We were happy and enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend the place! It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help.

The shower doors need to get fix to get a good seal, shower room grout needs to get cleaned and disinfected, and the toilet seat needs to be anchored to prevent sideway movement.

My family and I had a great experience at the hotel, the staff are friendly, very attentive and helpful especially with my dad being a pwd. The room is large, neat and clean, it has a veranda overlooking the pool. They have a nice restaurant which serves delicious foods with lots of selection to choose, they also have buffet breakfast. Easy booking for tour and massage which we did.

My room was impeccably clean, everything worked, and the staff was helpful, professional and friendly.

Place was cute, comfy, and clean. Food was great. Staff were lovely. Our only complaint is that the water pressure was low so showering was a bit less fun.

What a great experience we had at MO2. Staff are very friendly and respectful. It's nice that you can book airport transport with them as well as tours around the area. Very safe place and quiet. One of the employee name xavier was very respectful and helpful each time we dine-in at their restaurant. It's for sure we will come back again to this place.

Bad

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at MO2 Westown Lagoon in Coron because our ferry there from El Nido was cancelled due to a monsoon. However, we were very grateful to them for processing a full refund once I provided documentation that our ferry was cancelled by the coast guard due to the weather and unsafe travel conditions. We had really been looking forward to our stay and, while disappointed to miss Coron altogether, we were extremely impressed with the customer service of this hotel!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to provide information about local activities and events. I thought the bar should operate as the dining area operated. In the dining area, if your room was charged for food service, you signed the ticket for charges. The bar did not provide the signature for room charges.

Very nice place. Close to airport so as to the Market. highly recommended.

I booked for 3 nights. When we came in, they informed us "The rooms you booked are not available because the AC is broken, so we will book you to our sister company hotel, for an 'upgrade' for your first night then come back here ". The hotel they transferred us into was far from an upgrade. It's really so hassle for us to pack and unpack. The staff are kind but overall, we felt like we didn't get the rooms because they overbooked. Anyway, if you're planning to check in late or arrive late from the airport, don't bother to book this hotel and avoid the hassle of not getting rooms.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is pretty isolated, but tricycles are close by to take you into town. The pool is pretty. The food is soooo good.

The pool was not clean, the water filtering system is not working properly and the pool is a bit green at some parts due to that issue, the rest was kind of ok, a bit expensive for what it is.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We also love the pool it is so beautiful. Over all our stay is great!!!

The property is ok . This is to address housekeeping duties- Cleaning is not only wiping dust that you see and picking up thrash or making the bed. The bathroom is an issue- the shower is filthy. I used one of your spare toothbrushes to clean the grout (black and brown). Omg!!! They’re disgusting. Your housekeepers should have a training on how to clean. Grouts should be the same color as the original grout not black or brown or molds. A cleaning solution will do the job. I wish I’m your manager, I can show you how to clean

Good and nice customer service

we had a great stay at the resort. the male staff who served us was very friendly and properly guide to the resort which we were upgraded because they had problems with their bookings. the bell boy and receptionists were nice. overall we were satisfied.

Actually i did not get to stay at MO2 Westown coz when i arrived, the staff was very courteous in telling us that the hotel was overbook and they send me to their sister company hotel which was a tremendous upgrade from this hotel. So, i commend the staff in handling the situation and generally, people in Coron was very helpful and courteous. Best place for tourist in the Philippines.
