The clerk was accommodating, as I needed a bottom-floor room. The condition of the room was so-so; there was dirt on the woodwork and walls, and the bed was not very comfortable. The tv remote did not work very well. The price charged was excessive for the quality of the room.

Whatever you do don't ever stay there with a dog cuz they literally put you in a room that is like a kennel .they made me pay for my dog to stay there because they didn't want to let me keep my dog in my truck. the dog room which I will call room 117 upstairs smell like animal urine to note.. a mix of guinea pig cat and dog... I have the pictures to prove it I think I'm going to break the internet with these pictures on the budget hotel Roswell New Mexico

There Was Literally Nothing Good to Say About this Property Except the Good Feeling I Felt Driving Away. These People Take Your Money and Hope You Don't Complain about it because the Price is So Cheap. Then they Don't Answer the Phone or Door When You Want to Check In. I Thought: "They Need the Money More Than I Do!" I'm Out of Here. I Stayed at La Quinya instead. Much Better Choice.

Tv remote was broken, kept switching channels constantly by itself. They do not provide "do not disturb" signs, so I asked if they would let staff know I wouldn't need anything as I have sleep issues. She said she would inform the staff but they still woke me up knocking on the door each day. Wifi was good though.

The property was old and dingy! It advertises as Smoke Free and No Pets allowed, yet the room smelled like cigarette smoke (came though the bathroom vent) and there were dogs in multiple rooms adjacent to ours. The dogs barked through the evening and morning interrupting our sleep. :-(

This hotel is older and maintenance hasn’t necessarily been a priority. The rooms are OK but the cleanliness is not the best what I mean is the walls are dirty and you can tell they have not been wiped down. The only beds, floor, and shower weren’t bad but the bathroom walls were also very dirty.

We rented this room because literally it was the only room left in the city. it is an old hotel. you could see they try their best to keep it in good shape but bathroom wasn't clean, mattresses were old, overall it wasn't worth the money we paid.

My husband and I went on a cross country camping trip for Christmas. Due to the weather though, we wound up staying in motels so cheap and clean is what we were looking for. This fit the bill. No fanciness, no frills. Clean room, clean comfortable bed, hot water to shower. The area felt relatively safe and we were able to park our car in front of our room. Perfect for the budgeter or traveler who just needs a good sleep

Bed was comfy. TV was impressively large. No bed table on the left side (one of my pet peeves). Coffee was only a one cup maker but at least there was one. Had a frig and a microwave. The price was right.

I was very greatful that with unforseen situations we had double the amount of people I stated in the reservation and our guests were beyond loud the owners just stayed kickback and never asked us to leave or got onto us. Even though I got yelled at by the man for taking my towels into the employee laundry room I feel this family that runs this is very down to earth and I would stay here again.

I stayed here and both my rooms had trash in them. The room i stayed in had food still in the fridge amd dirty towels. The room my boys stayed in had someones dirty underwear. Also when i first arrived i was told my reservation was cancelled and my card was trying to be charged after clearly the Hotel.com website allowed me to

Not in a safe area, uncomfortable bed, found a couple of bed bugs, couldn’t sleep! Couldn’t wait to leave but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and Hotels.com should take this off their list!!!
