First time staying in downs Town. The hotel was easy to find. There is underground parking 50 a night. The beds were very comfortable the noise level was minimum. Some noise from the hallway leaks in but no big deal. The bathroom was spacious and multi functional. The room was not very big but it had everything we needed. Comfort, no noise and adequate temp control.

My experience here was great. It's always awesome. The rooms are big and clean. Desk clerks are helpful and kind. I've stayed here a few times. Never disappointed. Breakfast is the best. So many options.

Really nice hotel. We returned from a Seattle mariners game-our reason for the trip-to discover that the television (our chance to watch the day’s Olympic highlights) did not work (no connectivity). From a call to the desk we learned a technician/maintenance was required to resolve this, however there were no staff.
For the premium price we paid for this room this should have been part of a quality control check prior to our stay not our problem.

Great hotel to stay. For our overnight stay, it was noted to be family friendly, clean, awesome room amenities. Restaurant clean and food was great. Location convenient.

Just a quick stay before cruise. It was walkable to the major dining and shopping areas so you didn't need to pay for transportation to go somewhere. Bring walking sneakers if you plan on walking😉

The front desk people are rude, they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience! The guy that checked me in and the staff when I check out both have the same rude attitude. Same thing with the people in dining when we had breakfast, we asked for fork because it’s out, the staff said there are 4 places for utensils if you need them, and they are all out. No hospitality whatsoever in that hotel, no sense of service! Too bad because the hotel itself is nice, but the staff ruined them! I’ll never go back

The price was affordable. The quality of the hotel and rooms was great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were several options.Loved the kitchenette.

Beautiful building, clean rooms, all rooms come with a large fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, tableware, and cookware that you can easily cook when you don’t want to eat out. Staff is friendly and available to help answer questions about hotel amenities and restaurants around the hotel. They have onsite parking which can be a bit spendy ($45 from check-in til 4 the next day. The one issue we had was if you check out of your room at 11 and you choose to keep your car on the property then you don’t have access to the elevator and have to walk through the garage to get out of the garage. I will definitely book here again!

Property was late for checking-in to our rooms. No courtesy water fountains/coffee at least for guest, which is really upsetting for the price and reputation.

The hotel was pleasant, and employee interactions were kind and efficient. The included breakfast was okay- there doesn’t seem to be a traffic pattern though so people would cut right in front of you, bump into you, or be flat out rude (e.g., I was making a waffle and another guest walked up and opened up the waffle maker while I was standing there waiting. Another took over the entire coffee bar area and left their trash spread out on the counter. Another during check in cut in line and then put her hand in another customer’s face and demanded of the employee that they get her luggage immediately). None of this is the hotel’s fault exactly, but customers do seem to have a sense of entitlement. That said, we still enjoyed our stay and would come back. The bed and couch were comfortable, and it was nice to have an in-room ice maker.

I came to Seattle from Portland with family and friends for a concert that was canceled on the day of on 6/14/24 but we decided to come and stay anyway. During the night my friend got very sick and ended up in the ER which we found out that she had pneumonia. The hotel extended our stay until we could get out of the ER with the medicine she needed. I highly recommend this hotel. They have great staff, clean rooms, it”s secure, a great location and above all care about their customers. We will be staying again asap. Thank you

The hotel staff was very nice the hospitality was above and beyond! The room where very nice and the view was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend friends and family here and would definitely come back again for another stay

We stayed for a week end of May 2024. Location was convenient and we were able to walk to Pike Place Market as well as several restaurants and Nordstrom. Westlake light rail stop is walking distance also and you can get to/from SeaTac Airport for $3/person. Room was comfortable & spacious. We slept well and it was quiet. Breakfast was a big plus- one of the best free hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Follow their advice and go earlier for a less crowded experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is every other day but if you need something you can just ask and they’ll accommodate. Will definitely stay here again.
