The hotel was within walking distance to some of the major attractions in Seattle.

Outrageous parking fee!

So welcoming. We arrived very early off a cruise ship expecting to just store our luggage for a few hours, but they gave us a room straight away.

Nothing, it was lovely and perfect for us.

You will not regret staying here. Beautifully located and very nice.

The location is great, you have many restaurants and attractions very close to the hotel.

Cleaning in rooms was not excellent.

A number of things could have been better. We were there for a 3 night stay and were asked if we would like to have our room cleaned Wednesday OR Thursday. We were surprised that we weren't offered cleaning each day, but we decided not to question it (we should have we found out later). Then on the day it was supposed to be cleaned it wasn't, which was very frustrating and we then had to ask 4-5 times to get clean towels delivered. The Club access was a little disappointing to as Clubs usually include free alcoholic beverages however this one didn't. Any the 'special prices' for a beer were more expensive than from the bar downstairs ($7 v $5). Overall for the money we paid it was a disappointing experience.

Check-in was easy, and I got free Wifi. The location works very well for our needs since it's right beside the convention.

The noise in our room was very loud and made it so I could not sleep for hours. This was due to the elevator, anytime it was in use we could hear it in our room, I only fell asleep once the elevator was not in constant use.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Der Zugang zum Fitness und Pool war einfach und unkompliziert per Aufzug zu erreichen. Der Pool hatte sensationelle Öffnungszeiten von 5:30 am bis 11 pm, so dass man immer Gelegenheit hatte zu schwimmen. Die Räume waren sehr gut im Verhältnis zu Preis. Es gab sogar einen Starbucks direkt im Hotel.

Rechnung leider ohne Adresse und Firmenname. Eine Änderung konnte jedoch umgesetzt werden nach ca. 15 Minuten. Es ist wichtig hier keinen Fastcheckout zu machen, denn dann kann diese nicht mehr geändert werden. Preisleistung: Es war recht teuer pro Nacht, aber nicht ungewöhnlich für Seattle.

When needed, the personel was helpful. Great location. Comfortable and clean room.

Reception on arrival was just ok, needed to ask questions to know more about food and wifi. Pool was a little cold & crowded (which is normal I guess for the second point). Old food, dishes & empty bottled beers where everywhere in the corridors and near the elevator for the 3 days we’ve been there.

Close to various shopping in the heart of Seattle.

Location right next to the convention center was superb. Room was spacious and clean and king size bed was very comfy. The only downside was weak water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good as long as you ordered a la carte.

While the service quality is very good it is very expensive. However, Seattle in general is very expensive, so maybe it is not so unusual. I also don't like hidden fees (4% added in the breakfast for some weird reasons beyond tax; $10 charge for accepting for me a small package from Amazon and keeping it for a few hours).

We liked access to breakfast and the staff were great.

The room AC did not work and it was hot most of the night. With the humidity, I was uncomfortable and could not sleep well.

The check lady was not paying attention and she thought I’d cut in a line and I absolutely did not so she started off rude and then I was informed of $150 pet fee that was not on the Booking.com website and I don’t have access to the Sheraton website, so that was an absolute shock and then come to find out it’s a $60 fee for parking there every day so that was not a good value at all and then there was only two towels in the room for two guess which is pretty cheap. If you ask me and the wine bar that is touted is being really good was just a basic wine list and it was not a wine bar. It was just a bar.

The lobby is gorgeous. The Starbucks was great.

Everything is great and it was very nice to get away and just chill! The workers are wonderful and they did very well in making us feel welcome and they were very attentive to our needs and we didn’t want for anything!

Not having a dog park was extremely upsetting for us and our pooch!

Location to city attractions. City vistas we’re stunning. Food was great and drinks were not over priced.

Cost of parking. Even though those coming from the East coast may think differently, $60 per night was a bit steep.

There was a lot of homeless & drunks around the area at night. The bar downstairs was nice.

The location is beautiful and walkable to many attractions in the city. We ordered room service for breakfast twice and the food was very good. Comfortable bed and clean room

The value for the money wasn't quite there. $30 a day for parking is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels in the area. Our stay was 4 nights and cost $1500. On top of that price, they charge for wifi which seems a little absurd.

2 double beds are not big enough for 4 adults. Needs to be queen beds.
