It is a terrible place to stay when you have other choices. Cons: First day we enter room, bathroom lock is broken and the room is right next door to elevators that created a lot of noise. Rooms were very very small and we were packed like sardines. No room to move around if you have a few bags with you. When asked for towel or extra pillow, they did not have it. Pro: it is very neat Madinah. People working to transport your luggage were very helpful.

Check in guy was arrogant and rude. Dirty restroom and smells like medical facility. Terrible service except bell boy!!

The hotel is very dirty. The service is very bad when you arrive. They still tell you the room is not available so be careful, never bookke this hotel.

Room was smelly, refrigerator was not working, no intercom was working and when i used Muslim shower lts break.i told the receptionist he said he will change the room give me 2 hours,when i went again after two hours that person was not there and other receptionist knows nothing.

Hotel it self is ok. But staff is so helping that It balance everything they are so helpful that make me rate it 5/5.

Overall experience was nice and comfortable. Cleaniless is good. Best part : Hotel is close to Haram and small Baqala below hotel and Bufia is infront of hotel from 6 am till midnight. Hotel also contain small coffee and juice shop inside for limited hours. Also Saptco Bus point is infront of hotel along taxi stand as well. Also variety of local restaurants across the road on back of hotel appox 1 km distance, near Bilal mosque. Weak point : No internet was provided in 2 days stay, and you can find similar complaints in the previous reviews of different people as well. 2 single bed room is very small and very small wash room, although condition of both room and washroom is acceptable. No breakfast. No water bottles provided in room. Staff is good and cooperative. Location is good.

Staff is not friendly and the response is very late ... Wi-Fi is only a name ... No connection at all and I complained several times and no response ... Very bad experience. Picture for unsafe electric cable.

I stayed three days in this hotel but no one came any single day for cleaning. They did not provide any bathroom supplies at all after giving on first day. Reception staff in evening shift didn't know a little bit english as a result I had to find other serving staff to interprete. Only three elevators were in operation which were very small as a result during praying time you had to wait. They claim three star hotel but I think it is even not two star. I will not recommend this hotel based on their charges.

Riviera Nusk Al-Marina Very small room, but then price charged was the lowest as well - what you pay is what you get - “so the rooms are pretty small in size” is really not a complaint. In pictures it seem to be large size rooms. Washroom was really in bad shape, with the dirty sink clogged, and with partial supplies/toiletries available. Had to call hotel-plumber that came in right away. Wall paper was coming of the walls/scrapped at places Iron stand was without an iron Room safe was found locked with no instructions available Floor carpet with dark patterns looked a bit dirty when examined closely Area without carpet required clearly visible dirt and grime to be scrapped from corners. Room’s phone found dead on arrival. Receptionist would barely speak working speak English. Luckily a Porter with better English, when available, would help as an interpreter. Hello customer service! Not the best experience, I had. Yet, the staff is good, polite and pretty helpful. Just wanted to mention these points for the benefit of other future visitors - hate to call it a complaint, while being a visitor/guest at Madina.

Very close to Roza e Rasul saws. All good except towels were torn and not replaced at all. Water bottles in room were also not provided after the first checkin.Overall liked it for it cleanliness and location. The saptco bus service to Mecca is right next door. A good budget hotel.

Before selecting Nusk I had read a few reviews about Nusk. I went with low expectations. Of course rooms are small, bathrooms were small but there were lots of good things which out-ways the small bad things. Breakfast was superb, staff was marvelous, location was best. Overall very happy with the stay.

Staff is friendly; location is very good: close to mosque and shopping; clean hotel; rooms are smaller than they appear on pictures; mattress us comfortable; bathroom was way tooo small ( 18” x 18 “), no space to take a decent shower. Breakfast is ok , but not very appetizing.
