Hotel very close to boxing stadium which is very loud until midnight. Lots of loud people in hotel on one occasion not quiet until 630am . Walls very thin. Breakfast ok.

The reception girls were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. But my only issue was that there are 2 hotels called 7Q and the taxi took me to the wrong one , initially ansd no one picked up that it was the wrong one till a day later so it cost me more money..

Only good thing is location close to Bangla... Otherwise was not cleaned room, I stayed 5 nights and only 1 day they cleaned my room.. Said we clean every 2 nd day....LOL very bad service. Would never ever stay there again. Also the girl working on reception has a bjatch attitude can show that in assss

Wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Tons of great places to eat within steps. The only taxi we needed was to and from major sites (big buddha, freedom beach, etc) and the airport. Front desk staff was excellent. Extended my stay by a couple days with ease. The only downside are the beds - far too stiff for me. Will stay here again.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed ever, it was so LOUD at night you couldnt get a good night sleep. Even during the day it was loud they were always working on something at the hotel making noise all the time. The roof top pool and bar were a total joke and the breakfast made me sick the two days I ate it. NEVER AGAIN.

Had to change room multiple times when I first arrived they tried to do a bait and switch with my room tried to put me in a new building that they brought that was terrible with a horrible smell. Once they did give me the room that I booked the bathroom tube and curtain was dirty I complained and finally after almost a week I was moved to another room where the balcony door was broken so it let the outside heat and noise in I ended up leaving a day early

We were there for 7 nights. There were significant issues with the hot water for 4 of the 7. Management advised that there would be no hot water for one day due to maintenance but the saga stretched on for another 3 days.

Amazing value for money! Staff are so helpful and property is clean. Location is great for young backpackers like ourselves. Would really recommend 7Q.

If you are between 25 and 40 years old single traveler, this is the place to stay. Excellent location with a friendly staff. The hotel is situated right in the center of Patong beach with hundreds of bars and restaurants. The building itself is by all means great for the price that you are paying. The bedroom is clean and confortable.

3rd booking at 7Q Bangla. Terrific location, staff and hotel. Noisy area but so central to everything. Across road from Banzaan Market and 1 block to Jungceylon. Rooftop pool is great and rooms spacious and clean. Ill be back and maybe I will try their other property 7Q Beach as well

Second stay plus an extension to original dates. Great (but loud) location and staff excellent. Rooms well appointed but housekeeping do forget to do a few smaller tasks (clean bathtub/sink etc). Nishan & team & June via email all wonderful. I will be back and the rooftop pool is a treat.

I stayed in this hotel for 20 days. Half in room 111, and half in room 527. Lets be clear, the hotel is 10/10 for what it is supposed to be a 3 star budget hotel. Rooms were clean and were daily cleaned, the pool was small but lovely and the service was great. Before booking i was told that WIFI is good enough in order to work from my laptop, which was true. I was also told that as i am travelling alone, if i got a guest there would be no extra charges, which was also true.During my second week i faced some issues with the AC and when the issues could not be fixed i was moved to a new room right away.Of course, room 527 (5th floor) was obviously better than 111 (ground floor). First floor rooms do not have any balcony or view. I am not sure if room in higher floors are more expensive but i would suggest to try and book those.The only negative thing that i can say for this hotel, and i cant really blame the hotel, is that while staying at ground floor, guests were really loud in the reception area at all times of day and night. I would expect a hotel employee to advise the guests to be more quiet especially during the night. All in all, if I am able to find the same budget price, i will be definitely staying in this hotel again. Finally i would like to point out that the hotel is located in a very local place. Easy check in with passports required. Big lobby with breakfast area nearby. Although breakfast was only 150 baht I never saw any one eating so cannot comment on the food. It appeared to be a buffet but limited in types of food available. I paid the required 1000 baht deposit and no problems on leaving. The reception staff were friendly. Situated on the end of soi sans sabai it is very convenient for the local food market and the Bangla road nightlife. Central department store and Jungceylon are close by. 10 minute walk to the beach. You will not need the rip off tuk tuks. The airport bus is only 170 baht. Catch it at beach road police station..but beware..when I took the 2pm bus it left 11 minutes early leaving those left behind at the mercy of the taxi guys

Everything is perfect, just that the club beside the hotel lil bit loud at night where you still can hear the music even the slide and curtain are close.

Nice Hotel and near to Mall and eating area. 10 Min walk to Bangla road.

The room it self is nice, very bright and clean, but it gets very loud at night thanks to a particular bar in the lot next to the hotel. Good location otherwise.

Good budget hotel and central location. Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast should improve.

Room was very clean. Great location (but can be a bit noisy at times). Staff was very helpful especially “Yen” who was always knowledgeable and pleasant.
