Great size for The price! Clean, comfortable. Having the lockers on the first floor to store luggage before check in was fantastic.

Nice place and convenient location to French Quarter. Only about a 10 minute walk and really close to canal where you can pick up a trolly

Convenient place to stay for a trip to the big easy

The location was perfect. About a 15minute walk to all the exciting tourist areas, museums, parks and restaurants. Away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to get to. The accommodations were more than adequate. I would suggest a caddy in the shower stall and another mirror in the bedroom or hallway.

This is a condo conversion building. Great location and property was clean and met all of my expectations.

Dislikes: -My husband had the worse allergic reaction to the bed sheets. Don’t know what chemicals y’all are using but we have stayed many places and have never had that problem. -The noise from the construction that started at 3AM EVERY MORNING. -The fact there’s only ONE mirror in the entire unit. -The DISGUSTING throw up stain on the bed and smears of an unknown substances all over the walls. -How filthy the couch was, crumbs and feathers all over. -No door=water everywhere. There are NO shelves in the shower? How disgusting we have to put our soaps on the floor of the shower when the shower floor doesn’t look clean with the mold growing. -Only provided one roll of toilet paper. - The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator doesn’t work. -The entrance door to get into the building, the one you need a code for, that door was broken for a few days so anyone could get in the building. -And to top it all off, the morning of checkout( checkout is at 10am I had an email with checkout instructions) at 9:14AM a woman from house keeping starts knocking on the door saying housekeeping over and over and doesn’t even give me 30 seconds to get to the door before she starts putting the door code in to get in! Didn’t have one interaction from employment the entire week we were there but they want to enter our unit while we are taking showers and getting dressed the morning of checkout? Yeah that was really unprofessional for her to do that. Likes: -The unit had a kitchen

Great experience. The condo was much nicer than a hotel and to our surprise it was also cheaper. Located so close to Bourbon St and other attractions we ended up being able to leave my vehicle in a secure parking garage and walk everywhere. Updated and clean kitchen and bathroom. Went to NO for the National WW2 Musuem, which was only a 8 min drive. I personally dont care to much for the city, but the condo made it a wonderful stay. Definetly would stay here again.

This property looks very nice. But unfortunately, beauty is more than skin deep. After the initial “Wow, this place is great”, reality sets in. The problems we encountered: 1. WiFi was terrible. Front desk person said on Saturday they couldn’t fix it until Monday, but we heard nothing on Monday. 2. Balcony door lock was broken. Security risk. 3. Coffee pot was cracked. 4. Shower fans and a bathroom light were broken. 5. Shower head sprayed water directly onto floor (open door design). 6. Inadequate seating in LR for 5 guests.

Property was great, though the switch for the bathroom fan broke off. Other than that the property was clean and well maintained.

T.V did not work, freezer did not make ice. No internet and no close parking available.

Just like the pictures the only thing is in 2 different spots in the kitchen area there is a chunk of wood missing from the floor so be careful especially if you have on heels

The property lacked personality very bare bones not even a picture on the wall. I travelled with 3 adults and made my choice for 1 bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a cheap pull up bed thing that had a unsightly stain blood feces food dont really know also it was ripped up beyond repair. The toilet was hard to flush the ice and water dispensers did not work. I notified the Customer Service they sent someone who fixed the dip in the couch but nothing about the stained slashed couch bed thing. We stayed four nights. The last night the pullout piece on the couch thing was replaced. They sent someone into the room no warning. We came in it smelled like someone was smoking in there i found a lighter on the table and the side table and coffee table was moved. It was on the second floor and also extremely noisy.

I like the privacy and centrality located in the city for events!

The property was just "okay". I expected more based on the description and photos. Overall, our stay wasn't bad but it could have been better. The kitchen essentials were very limited which made preparing meals difficult. The master bedroom is near the elevator shaft and it's noisy all hours of the day/night. The property has a lot of potential.

Our unit faced a busy street so we didn’t have a quiet stay. Also the property’s cleanliness is questionable at best. However, our unit was tidier than the property. The host provided clear check in and check out instructions which was helpful.

The only complaint I had was that there was construction going on in the apartments on that floor so at 6am on Saturday there was a lot of noise and my friend had her car broken into so when you park use the garage not the parking lot

Excellent place to stay in New Orleans - recommended! Although we had some issues with access, Hosteeva and the property manager were very quick to attend to it (flat battery in the lock, so couldn't get in).

It is a nice big apartment with nice floors and a beautiful kitchen.

Great location for our stay. Everything we could need was provided. Highly recommend.

Good: clean good space with amenities so overall a good experience Quirks and challenges: the first level cable never worked properly. I did not report…. First floor cable system is different than the bedrooms tgat use Roku and was good. Why??? Shower has no shelf for soap etc. soooo a bit difficult to handle properly…. I did not like all the extra security items tgat had to be completed AFzTER you reserve. Send in idea. There is an online photo verification etc. this needs to be noted clearly before the reservation process or allow cancellation at tgat time

The condo was very spacious, AC blew cold, very clean and comfortable lay out. 5 min walk to Bourbon Street and Canal Street. Exceeded my expectations! Would definitely book again

Condo was great - clean and comfortable. The common areas were very dirty and nobody seemed to clean or mop common areas even after a week of being there. Roof top lounge furniture were badly beaten-up too.

The condo was nice. A couple of blocks from the trolly and close to stores. We originally had a 2 bedroom with and extra bed but that was canceled on us because of "maintenance" so we were placed in a 2 bedroom condo with couch serving as 3rd bed. The couch/bed was not good. Very uncomfortable for the poor souls forced to sleep on it. Overall the condo was nice and roomy but several issues. Cleaning was not all that good, simple utensils like can opener were damaged and could not be used. The biggest issue besides the couch were the showers. The showers and two temperatures cold and scalding. You could not adjust the shower temp without having water tricke out the shower heads. Use full pressure and expect your fesh to melt. So we took quick submarine showers. Turn water on to get wet, shut them off, soap up, the quickly rinse off before your skin blistered. Thankfully 3 of us were on submarines and we knew the drill. The wives suffered much more.
