Everything was amazing, especially breakfast, except for how tiny the 2-room king suite was and couch bed mattress was all bad. 😂

Pros-hotel is only 6 years old, and it’s very nice. The room had plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen was very nice. Pool was heated which was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
Conns- limited parking, construction on I-10 had the freeway shutdown all weekend. Cigar bar across the street has loud music on Friday nights.

The staff was amazing! They let me change rooms after first night as I’m disabled and really needed a grab bar in the restroom not knowing how low the toilets would be.

First the check-in with a very nice informative lady. Sorry did not get her name. I had to go back down to the front desk because I couldn't sign in to WIFI. Josh help me.
He wasn't too friendly. Felt like I was bothering him. He fixed the problem without apologizing for their mistake. Within an hour I was advised that I had to move from my room because of a plumbing problem but I would just move next door. I went downstair and Josh "helped" me again. Without apologizing for the inconvenience he wanted to move me 4 floors down. Then a very nice gentlemen (again I didn't get his name) said that he was going to move me next door and apologized for the inconvenience. He also gave me a very generous goody bag for my trouble. Josh should learn how to put on a welcoming face since he is the first impression you get of the hotel. As for the other staff, bartenders, cooking and waiting staff, cleaning staff I can't say enough of good things about them. When I checked out I avoided Josh and waited for another employee to help me check out. I will be back again because I love this hotel and staff (except for Josh). Put a smile on Josh :) if you are going to keep on working at the front desk.

I love the friendly staff eager to help us. The location very close to attractions. The room was amazing as well. We didn’t use the pool but the view it was awesome. Excellent hotel.

Place is well kept. Friendly staff, excellent customer service, free parking, breakfast excellent as well. I will stay here again for sure. When you call customer service in less than 10 mins they at your door. My kids love the pool. We had a great time.

Nice to have a 2 room suite, the bedroom is separate from sitting area. New property , very clean.
Only issue, there are 3 elevators but only one worked for the 4 nights we were there. One morning for about 10 min, I was needing to go down, none of the elevators worked while they were supposedly working on them. After that, still only one worked for the rest of the time we were there. Should fix them during hours of less traffic and shouldn't be out of service for so long.
They do have a great free breakfast and happy hour which was surprising. Parking is free and seems pretty secure with a security vehicle that patrols the parking lot.

Great hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was amazing. Free parking easy in and out. Super fast check-in. Zero complaints. Travel business a lot and Hilton rarely disappoints.

We booked for 5 adults 1 child there needs to be enough towels in the room there was only 4 I don’t know if that’s the standard they put but I think depending on amount of people there should be enough towels, it was resolved but it’s a suggestion so we don’t have to be asking for more towels

This hotel was very amazing. The staff went beyond and above to make sure we were very comfortable at breakfast time they even came back and refilled some of our drinks and this hotel is just amazing top-notch definitely will be staying again.

We came in to SA for a funeral. The beds were comfortable. The snacks and breakfast were good. Staff was friendly. We only had an issue with the shower head dripping all night.

The hospitality was great, with the exception of having to request fresh clean towels twice because the front desk person never sent them up. The shower was not to my liking. The shower water pressure was not adjustable and made a loud noise while running. The shower curtain did not fit the shower which caused water to get all over the floor. The refrigerator was loose and kept wobbling every time we tried to open it.

The only thing problem we had was the door to our restroom eas way too nosiy when closing it. And our tv didnt work at furst but then they came right away and fixed it. But the pool was great my son loved it , the happy hour was excellent and of course we loved the breakfast. Will stay here again
