staff was great...room very spacious....

shower was not working......breakfast was not that good

The staff was awesome. Ron gave us the front desk fan just to keep us cool in the room that was a little warm. He provided us with the extra blankets and pillows we needed as well. The staff is what made us consider coming back.

It was a bit outdated. I know these places offer affordable rooms and keep it that way by only keeping what's necessary going. But the AC was struggling and some of the things in the room were just broken. like face plates, tiles, etc.

They did not have enought towels for a 5 guests room.

Rooms was big and beds comfortable Refrigerator, sink and microwave

The breakfast was a joke. Price was too high for how it looked and bean burrito... Hard bread before roasting it.. Just basically had cereal.

Looks like sheets weren't changed. Room looks like they never vacuumed and worst of all we found a bedbug!!!!! All they did was give us our money back.

manager was very rude. the room was also not clean at all. the toilet was disgusting and there was a cockroach in our bed. there was also body hair on the sheets and gum on the ground. also there was a large red stain on the carpet.

Didn't like the breakfast or lack of 1st stay here was n 2021 and everything was excellent. Customer service was awesome and they had a variety of breakfast items This time around there was limited breakfast items and the rooms were only cleaned 2 a week. We had to ask for clean sheets and clean towels and bathroom necessaries Next visit to San Antonio we might stay at a different sure stay hotel or a whole different hotel brand
