It was my first time in Cuba and my flight was delayed. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, one of the owners was waiting for me and greeted me. The breakfast was also perfect, lots of fruit and very tasty scrambled eggs! Good accommodation, if I come to Cuba again I would like to come back!

The property is very well equipped and clean, the area is safe and relatively close to the center and there are many places to eat around in Vedado, hosts were really nice, we liked it

This place is a true gem! The room had everything I could wish for: TV, AC, ironing board, microwave, and a very well working shower with amazingly good pressure for being Cuba. I had a very comfortable stay and the staff were superfriendly and helpful. Great breakfast for a great price. The room was very clean and there were no mosquitos in the night. As a bonus, the place has its own driver which will take you anywhere for a fair price which help you avoid taxi scams. Highly recommended

House is over 100 years old. Unique architecture. Family and staff very welcoming. Low cost breakfast was delicious. Really liked they had a complimentary water cooler to fill up my bottle. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience and clean and amazing food

Hosts spoke great English, and had quiet and effective air conditioning, comfy beds, and a very clean room. Included filtered water was greatly appreciated. Very nice stay overall.

The host was very nice and ensured I was happy and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was on time and delicious. Fresh fruit in the garden along with coffee, fresh squeeze juices and scrambled eggs.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. They speak and Understand English! Rooms are big and very clean and airy!Breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Cuban cooking. Place is perfect.

4 nights. Room was excellent. Everything youd want to see a walkable distance. On a residential street, i really enjoyed how vibrant it was with real Habana life away from tourist areas. Most importantly, the wonderful Diana who made everyone staying there so welcome

Very friendly staff, great location and comftrable room

Nice & comfortable room, equipped with a kitchenette, in a safe neighborhood with good bars/restaurants and beautiful colonial houses.

Beautiful updated, centrally located property with very pleasant host family.

The building and the room were very nice. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities.

The accommodation itself is nice and in a good area. My issue was was the manager who is the older son who seems to look after the property and he seems to be the one that deals with any issues. I had booked a specific room in the house and when I arrived after a long flight we were shown to our room. The room we were given was definitely not the room i booked. the next day I spoke to staff and the manager, who said we were in the right room and they were full so could do nothing about this. The upstairs part of the room where the bed was began smelling of damp and had no real ventilation. When i spoke to the manager again he again said nothing he could do, then went on to say this was the room I had booked. I assured him it was not. The next again day I asked if there was any way of being moved. I eventually spoke to the younger brother and he was really helpful and polite, he got us an air fresher for the room. He also called his brother who then spoke to me on the phone in an extremely rude manner, basically accused me of lying and telling me that I had booked this room and if I was not happy he could suggest somewhere else to stay. I had booked to stay here twice on my visit , however do not return for the last night as I felt totally unwelcome and worried I would be put in the same room.

Love the location the only thing would have like to see the price for drinks inside room more economic

The 5 rooms are located on the first floor of a very big and beautiful house and the rooms are mezzanine style with the bedroom up on a second floor. The rooms have enough space and a little kitchenette. We only stayed the one night but it was very comfortable and the breakfast for 5 CUCs was well worth it with a selection of fruit, eggs, bread coffee etc available. The family seem friendly and offered to help with anything we needed like tourist advice, but it was our last night in Havana so didn't need help. There is wifi available if you buy the wifi cards you need in Cuba, but the connection was quite slow. The location is not too great as there are no shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a short 10-15 minute walk is only required.
