The stay was fine. The bathroom had issues at one point toward the end of our state we ran out of toilet paper, which showed that when they came to clean the room they never checked supplies. We ran out of tissues, and then the toilet stopped up at the last minute, but I was in town for my son‘s graduation for the from the Navy so it was close to the Navy site and also near Walmart and other food eaters so that made it a great location

Not good of an experience honestly. People screaming, marijuana smoke on the non smoking section, the sheets did not fit
the bed way small. Pillows were not comfortable, left us with no body wash and shampoo no toilet paper. the mattress protector was not cleaned

It was a great stay. Only a few issues. Our fan blew out cold air when it was 14 degrees outside. Heat was set to 74 degrees inside.

When I went into the room. And I wanted out stuff in refrigerator there was food left In it. And the shade in the Wi dow was broken and the room wasn’t vacuum.

We stayed for 4 nights and did not receive housekeeping service once during that stay. We inquired and the front desk told us every other day the rooms would be cleaned and informed them they did not clean in the designated day and to ask for the room the be cleaned next day. The next day passed and still no cleaning. It’s definitely not an end of the world issue, but new sheets and towels would have been nice a few days into the stay. It seemed like this was an issue in other rooms as well, based on speaking with other guests.
Other than that, it was a good location to stay, very close to the highway which made traveling easy.

I love the Hampton Inn. When I walked into my room, it smelled like bleach. I knew it was clean. It was immaculate. The staff was very friendly.

After a 10 hour drive, the front desk staff was nowhere to be found upon arrival and no sign indicating they were on a break and would return shortly. I stood there for over 5 minutes before I left to return to my vehicle to call for assistance. In the meantime the front desk clerk did make her way to the desk. While I was checking in she was rude and confrontational in a way I had never experienced at any other Hampton Inn check in. It made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my 3 night stay.
Our bathroom had hairs on the walls and in the shower from the occupants before us.
Parking was easy, though there was a $4 plus charge per night. Lots of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and the room was quiet at night. We would not stay there again but only due to the front desk clerk and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom.

Our room had a weird smell. Other than that the hotel was standard. The staff were excellent. For example, we forgot our toothpaste and were given travel packets to hold us over. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again when I return.

I gave 3 stars only because the shower and sink had long strands of hair in several places. I ended up putting a towel in the shower due to the hygiene concern. Shower sealing agents and splatter on the sink bathroom light needs attention with cleaning. Over all everything else was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were soft and customer service was very pleasant!

The carpets in the hallways were super dirty, the carpet in our room was sticky. The wall ja ks didn’t work by the bed to charge our phones and the outside door was broken by the pool to the courtyard so you get locked out.

Had the Premium Suite but there was nothing Premium about it. It did not come with the snack amenities pictured. The room was larger but it was empty. There was no extra furniture to make up for the extra space. Huge kitchen area but no table to sit at. One chair at the desk in the entire room. No clock. No room service unless requested. We didn’t want it so we just set our trash outside the room in the morning. Came back that night to it still sitting there. The carpet throughout the entire hotel is disgusting: stained, ripped, and wrinkled. Pool says it closes at 11. Front desk clerk said he shuts it down at 9:45 every night.

While the hotel itself was clean, the beds were hard. There was a pile of towels on the floor in the closet. We were unsure if they were clean or used as some were folded. There were also black hairs in our toilet when we arrived, so not positive the bathroom was cleaned either. The shampoo was almost empty in the shower. There was a bug on the fresh fruit during our breakfast and we had to ask for things to be restocked (example syrup) at 7:30am (breakfast is from 6-10am). And I was very frustrated to discover there is a parking fee. After paying over $900 to stay there, I feel parking should be free!!!!!!!!

Perfect hotel for a Six Flags weekend! 10-15 min from Six Flags and quite a few restaurants within 4-5 min too. We took advantage of the free breakfast and pool too. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Six Flags!

We stayed here because it was only 8 min from the navy base . I’m happy we did cause it was a nice hotel . The rooms were good size bathrooms had everything we needed . My favorite part was the free breakfast . I loved how it was also walking distance from the casino, Walmart , and much much more . The works were nice and helpful . The pool was nice and warm but we just didn’t have much time to go for a dip .

For two days we stayed there, breakfast service was horrible. There were long lines of guests waiting for food. The chef brought out a handful of omelettes that were only enough for the first five people in the line. The chef would then disappear behind closed doors only to show up with a handful of boiled potatoes 45 minutes later. My family and I and many other guests never got a chance to eat anything for breakfast at the hotel but instead had to drive to some nearby restaurant for service.
