Great location! Very good condition of the hotel. Staff is kind and helpful.

Good location and easy access to subway station. All the staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms need some updating. Our bathroom had a strong moisture smell. We believe that it may be due to the shower water filtering through the tub edges against the wall. Also, shower curtain could be a little wider to cover length of tub.

Pros: Staff were friendly. Very close to train stations and convenience stores. Room is clean and good size. Window coverings can block out lights.
Cons: Although there are 2 washers and 2 dryers available, the capacity of them are very low. One of the dryers (if i recalled correctly, it is the one on the right side) doesn't even heat up, making it even harder to dry the clothes. We basically need 3 drying cycles to dry our clothes, and we will still feel a little bit of moisture from 2-3 pieces of clothings if using the dryer on the right side. The dryer on the left side is much better, but still need at least 3 cycles to dry your clothes.

It is next to two metro stations and walkable distance within 20 mins to Ginza

Very close to many subway station, really quiet, clean.

Staff was very strict about checkout time (even a couple of minutes after 10am would result in an additional charge), got charged the equivalent of $5 for a lost keycard. Breakfast closes strictly at 930am and is quite bad (far better options in the area). Staff refused to help making a restaurant reservation.
Room was ok

It is located very close to Tokyo station. Easy and quick access to Tokyo Disney land.

Good location - near major GINZA shopping area, near two subway stations, good restaurant options, and safe.
Restroom is a little small.

Great location, easy access to everything you will want to experience in Tokyo. Would recommend to family and friends :)

Clean and quiet.

We had connecting rooms w 4 beds total. The rooms were generally dusty. Some corners (around where the safe was), you could visibly see the dust and lint on the surface. Bathrooms had strong mold smell, especially on the shower curtain. You can also hear your neighbors quite closely even though we had a main door and room doors (so double doors). Good value for bed counts but overall hygiene was low and rooms were dark. We wouldn’t come back.

It's good for sightseeing and shopping

Many things have changed in the running of this property, most of these changes being bad.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We stayed in connecting rooms and the rooms were more spacious than I would expect for hotel rooms in Tokyo. Travelling around is easy as the hotel is not far from two metro stations. The area is quiet at night and you could enjoy comfortable rest in the hotel.

Hotel clean but the room is small! Second time using Hotels.com, second time room smaller than advertised.

What a great place to stay on my 1st trip to Japan. It is located about 2 minutes from a subway station, so traveling by train around Tokyo was super easy from this location. There is a nice local park located about 3 minutes from the hotel, which made a great place to eat convenience store. Many local restaurants are within walking distance, our favorite was Yoshinoya (about a 4 minute walk). For fancier dining experiences, a short train ride will take you to Ginza (which is also within walking distance). They helped arrange transportation to the airport as we were leaving, giving us several option depending upon how much we could afford. I believe this is the perfect hotel to stay at in Japan.

Their pictures on hotel.com looks good to us so we booked it at at approx. us$250/night for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were so disappointed that the hotel is old and ugly. We also found their price was us$73/night!!! So we only stayed one night and they charged us us$550 for one night. Hotel.com USA rep called them to complain for us but the manger was refused. His so rude and mean. Very bed impression about Japan because of this hotel manger.

It's easy to access to center of Tokyo. The room is little bit small, but nice and new. I stayed there with my family.2 room is connected. So I could use extra space. That's good point. They clean the room very nice. Room service is economic,as well. We ordered dinner bento. It was delicious. Not so far from Haneda airport, Disney Land, and Tokyo station. This area is ex biggest fish market. So sushi and other restaurants is higher quality and low price. Tempura, okonomiyaki, yakitori, soba,,,etc. You can stay this hotel with economic price. I don't think you can find like that easily with this price in Tokyo.

Loved our stay. Hotel is so close to the Hibiya Tsukiji line. We had adjacent rooms with one master entry door to make it convenient for our family of 4. Our friends had the same set up for a family of 5. Great location away from the crazy crowd. A quick walk to Lawson’s and 7-11 for breakfast. The room had a water kettle, which helped with noodles. I loved all the conveniences they provided in the bathroom, including robes and slippers, as well as toothbrushes, razor, all sorts of lotion. I’d come back here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Moegi Ginza Capital Hotel. This hotel is steps from Tsukiji Market and the Ginza shopping area. The nearest Metro station is Tsukiji and Shintomicho station. What I like most about this hotel is that we have a room with breakfast, the breakfast is delicious and you can even have breakfast at the Moegi, Akane or Main hotels. The hotel offers a free tour bus worth 500 yen each morning to the city. When we departed, they even took us to the train station for free. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The only inconvenience we found was that there was no luggage storage space in the room. We had to connect the two beds together in order to put our luggage on a bench so there was some walking space.

I like the location of this hotel: convenient, close to 2 metro lines, yet quiet. Our room was a bit small. Barely have room for 2 large suitcases opened. Our small window is facing someone elses window, no sunlight and no view.

Good location. Close to the big shops in Ginza. Very close to station. But definitely not for tall people.

I chose this hotel off the internet based on location and positive reviews. It is an absolutely terrific hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless. The linens are of high quality. The bathroom is very modern with superb water pressure in the shower. The staff was always courteous and very helpful in answering my tourist questions. Breakfast was delicious.

General: The Ginza Capital Moegi is a clean, modern hotel, about 1.5 km walking from the Ginza station, but very close to another (smaller) subway stop.
The rooms: The rooms are small (which is standard for Tokyo), but offer everything you need for comfort - a mini fridge, coffee and tea, a water boiler, usb outlets, a converter/charger cable, a tv, a well-working air conditioner, a small but very well equipped and extremely clean bathroom, complete with 3/4 tub and over the tub shower, plus a sink and toilet (all toiletries are supplied free of charge, including shampoo and conditioner, as well as facial soap and a variety of other products). The beds are a bit hard, but that seems to be standard in Tokyo.
Breakfast: Breakfast can be included, or purchased separately. One can choose between "Western" style and Japanese style breakfast; Western style is in-house, while Japanese style is next door. The Western breakfast is not completely "Western", but does offer fresh fruit, small pieces of bread and croissants, scrambled egg, coffee and juice. Do expect many odd items, usually not found in Western breakfasts, like steamed veggies, potato salad, bean salad, mixed lettuce and other unusual things as far as breakfast goes. But all in all, the Western breakfast was nice, not great, but nice. The Japanese breakfast has a lot wider spread of items, but is definitely not Western at all, so only go here if you prefer this type of food or want to try something new; lots of f

Relatively new property situated in the heart of Shinsaibashi
Stayed in the triple room for 3 nights over the weekend, which is situated right above an Australian Bar. We were on the third floor and we were kept up all night by drunk tourist on our first night. Complained to the front desk but the hotel was fully booked so very limited things they can do.

The room was larger than most we were used to in Tokyo. The location was great as it was within a short walking distance from the metro station and Tsukiji and a quick ride from Shinjuku, Harajuku and Ueno. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity as well.
