The property was great! We stayed Friday thru Monday, Labor Day weekend 2024. 2nd Ave is closed and under construction but they have the sidewalk area open for walking to where you need to go. The property staff is so nice and helpful for anything you need. The room was beautiful and clean! The bed, linens and pillows are extremely comfortable! The only complaint we had was the walls are not sound proof. At 3 & 4 am lots of loud girls partying and running down the hall. Heard a girl puking her guts out the last morning around 5am. The location is amazing! Only half a block from Broadway so you can park in the parking garage and just walk everywhere! We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay and easy walk to lower Broad. A bit of construction on the west side during the day but we could not hear it in our room. We used the roof top deck a couple times which was really nice for a break from the buzz of downtown. We had a bit of interaction with the staff and they were great and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very very clean. It was a bit noisy since you could anybody in the hallway. It did nut have any windows which is a first for us. But overall we really like it and it’s location, would definitely stay there again.

Studio 154 was located on 2nd Ave right off Broadway. Very modern and has a great rooftop escape with a great view. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back

Construction all around the area (where someone deployed a truck bomb and blew up 2nd Ave.) Hallways were cavernous and had a lot of echo, so each night I could hear a constant stream of drunk, cackling women talking, running, screaming, laughing and just generally being annoying and inconsiderate. Great room, comfortable and well-appointed but I'd only recommend it to visiting Broadway revelers and not business travelers or light sleepers.

Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.

This hotel is a true gem and conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The addition of a kitchenette in the room was something I didn’t even know I needed but came in handy. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Nashville should consider staying at Studio 154.

What a wonderful place to stay! Smaller hotel, private, huge rooms. Comfy bed! Free Starbucks coffee. Right by Broadway, steps to Honky Tonks. We will definitely stay here again!!!

It is a great spot near broadway and clean! The only problem we had was the walls seemed to be drywall. You can hear everything from your neighbors.

The location is fantastic. The thing my wife liked is the semi-kitchen. You get a fridge, microwave and range top. We had a couple issues but customer service took care of them quickly. Highly recommended.

They do not tell you that you cannot really get to the hotel easily because there is construction and the road is blocked off. Unfortunately, this is near where the explosion happened where the guy parked the truck by a nearby building. We had to park in a parking garage across the street and then walked through the construction to get to the hotel. To figure that out, we had to call the hotel but of course there is no reception and no one actually working there whatsoever. So you get an answering service. It’s more like a VRBO than a hotel. There is no staff and no front desk. The hotel front door opens with an app that you have to download on your phone. Unfortunately, the front door was never actually locked. The rooms are long and big. They have dishwashers sinks, dishes, etc. Pretty nice. Definitely boutique. the balcony though is really just an enclosed area with windows facing the river. The view is great looking out across to the NFL football stadium. I did go up to the roof to see the rooftop bar, but it was never open. Looked nice though. I think it is in a great location because you can get right downtown to everything in the block or two. We had a good experience but it is a weird place that is probably not for everyone.

The room was big more suited for a several day stay rather than an overnight but it was great! Location is a short walk to all of the downtown entertainment and a public parking garage just across the street. Loved the modern look of the room & interior spaces. Rooftop seating was really cool but was raining while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy.

The most amazing, beautiful & tasteful hotel. Feels more like an apartment which was so nice. The rooftop and the views from said rooftop? Unreal! Loved being able to walk to multiple bars, restaurants & broadway. I loved the contactless check-in and Sam was so responsive and sweet. A must stay!!!
