The room had everything we needed. It was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 for 6 days. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room. The kitchen was great and it had plates and forks. The staff were nice and very helpful during our stay.

Maria at the front desk checked me in. She was so friendly,kind and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was very good. The staff working in the breakfast area were very kind and helpful as well. I was very pleased with my stay here!

Great place to stay very friendly staff and made us fell welcome. The area around the suites was a little sketchy. But didn’t have any problems at all. Would stay with them again.

We loved this stay! We loved that it even had a pool table definitely made r&r with our son whom we visited even better! I just wish they had another pool table as they only have one and gets occupied pretty fast! The room was nice and breakfast was too! During our stay there was some weather related issues at the hotel and the staff did their best to work through it!

I had an amazing time the staff is super nice super helpful and super professional and they are down to earth as well. I love that they serve breakfast 7 days a week plus dinner & wine 4 days a week, so super cool This is my favorite hotels.

Clean and great environment

The room has a little bit of dirty towels, but asked for some new ones.

Everything was goodthe only issue was the computer system was down and the staff were trying to check people in by pen and paper and you could tell this was causing stress to staff and customers

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both domestically and internationally, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been in. The king suite is gigantic and fully accommodated and the breakfast that was served on the day that I stayed was plentiful with a lot of selections. Brenda and her staff do a phenomenal job.

I had one of my worse stays in a Marriott property at this location. First off upon arrival which was not check in time(12:30 noon)but just wanted to point out that their internet service was down all day. I came back to check in at 5:20pm and their internet was still down. I proceeded to show her my reservation made through hotels.com but she insisted that she had my information. They told me that they couldn’t process my credit card because the internet was down and could only take a copy of it and my drivers license so when the internet came back they would process the card even though it was processed.Upon entering my room I noticed how tight it was to come inside with the luggage cart and there were dents on the fridge which I took pictures of and told the front desk so I wouldn’t get charge for it. There were stains in the beat up couch and the outlets had grease and dust around them. I noticed that my reservation was for a king suite and I was given a queen suite. When I called the front desk to let them know they gave me the wrong room the front desk clerk was rude and proceeded to tell me that because I booked through a third party and they had sent them the wrong information and that I had to take that out with them and they couldn’t do anything for me. I contacted hotels.com and they tried contacting the hotel but their phones were also down. I will never stay at this property ever again because I believe in first impressions and I received a bad one here.

Unable to adjust room temperature less than 76 degrees. Room keys were not provided upon checkin. EV chargers are not onsite as advertised.

The room was just ok, but the bathroom was terrible. The flooring is sticking up and the makeshift taped piece was a trip hazard. The shower leaks water out onto the floor & it was moldy. I tripped over the raised flooring in the kitchen twice. They shouldn’t be able to let anyone stay with the room like this. Never again!!!

The property isn’t in the best area, the pool is microscopic. The staff were super rude, many times leaving the desk unattended for over a hour. They had no extra pillows. Getting extra towels was a hassle. They ran out of wash cloths and instead gave me kitchen dish towels to use. Much buildup and stains in shower and walls. The lights above head were taped together and wouldn’t work so the room was quite dark. If your as picky about hotels as I am this is easily the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at, stay away!

Property was clean, room was very comfortable. There is NOT a EV charging station on site as listed. It is across the street at another Marriott hotel which is not convenient or safe for someone traveling alone to have to walk across street in this area. It should be disclosed the EV charger is across street.

Front desk was amazing and very polite

This hotel is so perfect for what me and my boyfriend were looking for which was a place where it was quiet but still convenient and close to Charleston. They have medicine, snack, and beverages available to purchase quickly and conveniently which my boyfriend and I took advantage of and the staff there was so lovely. We had an amazing stay and would recommend!

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Very comfortable and cosy room with big comfortable bed. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices. Friendly and patient staff, tasty breakfasts. Good location, big parking. Amazing housekeeping. Next time we'll defenetly stay there again.

Front desk staff was less than friendly but everyone else was nice. Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable and the toilet ran constantly which was annoying to try and sleep through. Area wasn’t the best but it’s close to lots of great things to do!!

Great place to stay! Front desk and everyone working was friendly and very attentive! Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. The pool was very small, so not a lot of swimming area to enjoy. Breakfast wasn’t bad.. we’ve had way worse at other hotels. Traffic was horrible off the main highway, trying to get to the hotel. But there was soo much around. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I like the one closer to the airport a bit more because of the walkable surroundings
