The young lady, Tiffany, was so nice and thoughtful. She was so busy dealing with people on the phone, but handled them and our arrival with such ease. True pro!!

Staff was NOT friendly at all. The air conditioning was not working in our room. Have stayed here previously when flying out early and that experience was fine. but will not stay here again.

I booked a stay for Aug 22, 2024. When I arrived at DFW airport I called the hotel to have the shuttle pick me up. The desk clerk told me the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again. The clerk told me the shuttle would arrive soon. After another 20 minutes I called back, and the clerk said the shuttle was broke down and I would need to take an Uber but the hotel would not pay for this! The clerk was also rude! When I arrived, I saw the hotel had 2 shuttles and one was sitting at the front door of the hotel!! I went in and the clerk told me one shuttle was not operational and the other had a flat tire! I saw no flat tires! One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the free shuttle. So instead of a free shuttle service I spent $56 dollars for Uber! In addition to this, when we checked in the hotel reeked of marijuana! You could smell it in the lobby and elevators. If I had not prepaid for the room, I would have gone to another hotel. Very unprofessional. I would never stay here again!

The desk manager John was incredibly friendly and made the short stay feel comfortable.

This hotel was dirty, smelled terrible and the service was slow. When we arrived in our room, it was 90 degrees, the hallway smelled like weed and when we went to leave there was no one to check us out. The airport shuttle service worked, but was not well planned and I would not count on its timeliness. Would not recommend.

Great stay and near the airport

The check-in was at a minimal. The reception was not nice. Very short with her answers and seemed to appeared bothered with questions. As my husband and I don’t travel much and staying at a hotel I thought we would have had a better greeting. However entering our room it was hot and it didn’t get any better. We thought it would cool down after a couple of hours, but it didn’t. The air conditioner was not performing as it should have and the room stayed at 82 degrees even though it was set for 70 degrees. We were too tired coming from out of state to even go back down and complain to the young lady who was rude earlier. However we did mention it to the gentleman at the reception desk and he was very helpful and understanding. I just hope IF we were to return; hopefully, we would have a more pleasant stay.

We had a nice stay. D Good breakfast. The only negative thing I have to say is the pullout sofa bed was terrible.

Hotel is nice, modern, dry clean, staff friendly and helpful. BUT, our air conditioner rattles every time it went on, the microwave light faces the bed—no way to get the room dark.

The best shuttle service ever!

Room not clean and not in good condition. Checked in at 630pm and room wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned. 7pm I get the room and dirty clothes from previous guest were on the floor beside bed and behind couch. Bed is awful.

Shuttle to the airport was awesome!

We had a last minute change in our flight plans and needed to change our booking and the hotel was completely unwilling to accommodate.

Convenient location for a 1 night layover. The 1 bedroom suite allowed us to put the kids to bed and still get things done without worrying about waking anyone.

The good: The property was nice and updated. It had plenty of amenities including a nice gym and socializing area. The shuttle service was great and the 2 drivers we interacted with were fantastic. The bad: We showed up the night before the eclipse and expected the property to be packed and busy. Surprisingly we were quickly helped. That’s when we found out some unfortunate news. I gave the front desk my name and they told me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could not tell me by whom. It wasn’t by me. Thankfully, 10 minutes prior to our arrival, there was another cancellation which kept us from being homeless that night since most hotels were booked in the area. Even though we weren’t homeless, unfortunately this meant that we wouldn’t get the room we paid for, which turned out to be smaller. I figured we chalk up the night to a “things could always be worse” and decided to just be grateful to have a bed to sleep in. the room was found it to be poorly stocked. The night guy hooked us up. The second day and night was a blur due to traveling for the eclipse. We got back late and noticed the room had not been cleaned. Oh well Day 3: No room cleaning. I asked about it and was told that it should have been done and would be done the next day. Day 4: they finally did the room at some point in the afternoon which I reminded them to do. They took our extra pillows!! Overall the staff acted bothered by any concerns and grossly unapologetic. Food was basic.

Adrianna was so helpful with our return of our rental car and the shuttle ride back to the hotel. Very pleasant lady. Loved her attitude and friendliness.

Great for us because we arrived late and were leaving early the next morning. But not much around except other hotels so probably not the best for a longer term stay. Staff was fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable. Towels and toilet paper were both pretty thin!

Clean and quiet

Close to DFW. We had a late night flight followed by an early morning connection. We were able to have a great breakfast and ride the shuttle back to the airport.
