Close to al haram

Located close to the masjid, with shops around the area. Staff were helpful. Full sohoor buffet with variety of choices. They need to give a just little bit attention to cleanliness of the room. Generally good place to stay:

Location is great. The receptionist are are very rude and unprofessional.

I have previously stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and had a great time. This time it didn’t disappoint at all. Very friendly staff at the desk who are ready to help. They were very welcoming in. Our room had a partial view of the haram and we could see the sunset and sunrise over the Haram. SubhanaAllah was very beautiful. The location is great for men. 2-3 mins you’ll be at the mosque from the doorstep. For women to get to gates 28-30 it’ll take a little longer, approximately 5-10 mins depending on your speed of walking. I normally got there in 5 mins. The food served in the restaurant was very nice. We had both iftar and free suhoor there. Lots of variety and the staff were really really nice. Thank you for taking care of my father when he needed help with getting food/tea/drinks etc. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were friendly. They work really hard and accommodated everything we needed. Thank you. The laundry service was very efficient. Clothes delivered the next day. Slightly expensive but I needed it. Minor negative points: - took a long time for the calls to reception to be answered. Would be handy if there was a separate number for the bell boy/concierge - a rack under the sink in the bathroom would be useful as there’s nowhere to put your clothes and get changed in the bathroom. Especially when sharing rooms with your family. So a simple rack would be useful. Thank you for being great. Will highly recommend and stay here again InshaAllah

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable beds. Mohammed Nishu and Omar Farouk were extremely helpful in house keeping. They should get a raise! Food choices are great and prices are very reasonable. This hotel is near the Rawdah side.

Great location, horrible service. I have booked a "Deluxe King Room, City View" When entered the hotel - it looked clean and with lots of tech gadgets. - however they gave me dark room with king bed instead of a city view room. Room was very dark, When open the window curtains- all I can see a dark dirty area inner side of the building with a central A/C exhaust fan facing my window. There is a clock phone with wrong time, that is no easy way to change the time. It had a nice pantry but the refrigerator doesn't work. I spoke to the receptionist in the morning told them that they gave me a room with no view. He told me okay we will change your room after 12 pm. No one contacted me all day, no housekeeper came to clean the room. In the evening I called the operator and told her I no longer care about cleaning the room. It will be nice if I could get some drinking water (housekeeper supposed to replenish it while they clean the room). They told me they will send someone shortly. When I returned to the room ~8pm - noticed someone replaced the towels in the bathroom and left about 10 bottles of water in the pantry. I checked out 4:00 am in the morning, they send a bellman, who pickup my luggage and brought them downstairs. He insisted me to take a (unduly expensive) cab from the hotel front. When the Uber came at the hotel door. He was no where to be found. I had to rush inside, to look for my luggage, me an my wife had to drag them out to the street to load them in the car.

The rooms was ok and the service was good, breakfast need to have more items, I have omelet and three day in row the chief didn’t make it right on the fourth day chief finally got the order right.

Location was great, especially if you are traveling with women to kar their entrance easier for Masjid Nabawi

Shower pressure was weak and mattress was way more firm than average. Wonderful staff, room was beautiful and location was excellent! Breakfast buffet was great!

Well located. However, didn't even get the room I booked but a lower room as they said they don't have the room we booked. That was disappointing

Its very near to masjid but for men not for women..the bed size in width is very small and also it was not comfortable...rest was ok

The hotel is a new property with modern features. Room size is also good and the saty is quite comfortable. Just the prices are a bit high. Being a three start hotel as reflected at the entrance of the hotel, its prices are more or less same as 5 start hotel, including the breakfast rates. The hotel management needs to take care of this.

من اسوء الفنادق اللي نزلت فيها في المركزية .. النظافة معدومة الخدمة بطيييئة وممكن اصلا مايجوا لما تطلبهم الفطور ابدااا مو لذيذ متقدرنا ناكل شي حتى الاطفال كل شي غرفوه ماقدروا ياكلوه حتى الموية في البوفيه فيها طعم في الغرف مافي منيو ولا حتى في التلفزيون موجودة التلفون خربان السلك حقه كل شوية يفصل شراشف السرير فيها ريحة والمخدات مكتلة وغير مريحة ابدا .. مانصح فيه ابدا وبالعكس يفشل صراحة انه زوار المدينة ينزلوا في فنادق بدا المستوى في المدينة الميزة الوحيدة اللي فيه التكييف بارد
