Conveniently located hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Amenities provided. Great for cruisers, since free shuttle to cruise port.

Stayed only 1 night before a cruise. Transfer to port was included. The hotel was very clean, and the kids loved the pool, despite the cool temperatures. They had a laundry room with two washers and dryers. The machines were very expensive and you had to get quarters at the check-in desk. I did not see any laundry detergent or dryer sheets for sale. The machines worked fine for the most part, but my son's new shirt had some mystery staining on it. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. We had difficulty getting the key cards to work for the pool and laundry/fitness rooms. But were eventually able to get into both.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff were always so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. The desk staff were great and the maintinenance people helped us out with an issue we were having. My only complaint would be breakfast with long lines and a little lacking in selection.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the bed was very high and there was no step stool to help.
Not too close to restaurants or shopping but a big Publix store and CV Pharmacy a block away.

Stay was perfect for us. Needed a room for the night and location is close to everything and is very walkable. Hotel staff recommended a number of places to go and the Irish Pub was fantastic. Very clean and easy to get to and to check in and out. Definitely would stay again when in Tampa.

Everything about the hotel was just fine during my stay. However at no point while booking the stay or checking in was i made aware that parking on site was extra. I now understand that most hotels in that area probably make guests pay for parking, but not being upfront about it and and charging an extra $63 without telling me is just bad business practice. I will not likely use this hotel again even though the price to stay there was fair.

Easy to get to downtown Tampa hotel. On-site parking garage. Hotel was clean appears to be new. I felt completely safe. Only issue was limited late night eateries in the area after our event.

On the heels of Hurricane, Tampa was spared, but our cruise delayed. Front staff worked their magic to extend our stay 2 days at a time all hotels were booked solid. Super friendly (all staff), helpful, professional, kind, sympathetic. Always try to use Hampton Inn because we know we’ll have a great experience. Clean, modern accommodations, super comfy beds and pillows - great nights of sleep. Wake to a nice hot or cold breakfast, whichever you prefer. Never had a bad experience at Hampton Inn, but this bunch of folks really bumped it up and made a really stressful time for us an absolute pleasure. We’re grateful to all of them and recognize their very difficult work during a major Hurricane.

I booked the hotel because it was walking distance to Amelie Arena where my daughter was going to see a concert and close to Hard Rock where my husband and I were going. Staff were friendly. Room was awesome. They had good free coffee available all day. The free breakfast was good with a nice variety. I would definitely stay here again. Its right near the Tampa port too for anyone going on a cruise. Heads up though parking is $30 and they put a $100 hold on your account. Was told I would get it refunded to my debit card within 7 days.

Another great stay at this property! This was our 3rd stay in about 2 months and couldn’t be more happy with the room and the staff…. We have been coming up for doctors appointments for my wife and need to stay in a quiet room. This place is perfect! Not only is it quiet, it is ultra clean and the staff is so pleasant to deal with! Thanks again for making things just right for us!

I loved the customer service at check in, rooms and amenities where amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The only thing I don't like the its how clearly you can hear he noise from the cars and parking lot at heard in the room. Unfortunately that kept me up all night.

The Hotel was amazing, The city is clean and walkable. Room service could be better regarding the cleaning. We got there on Sunday and they clean the room once a daye before we left, Tuesday. The breakfast was amazing and they have coffee all day.
