Very nice place, but AWESOME BREAKFAST!!! Eggs were actually good, and there was bacon every day, perfectly cooked. One of the breakfast staff told me that they try really hard to excel in that area. Only time ever that I have looked forward to a hotel breakfast!!

This was our first time staying here. Was not that impressed. The room seem a bit tired. The A/C was noisy and the toilet ran all night. The Breakfast staff was a wee bit grumpy at 8am she still did not have all the breakfast out, the pancake machine was broken. Outside the lawns were full of dog poop. We have a dog & ALWAYS poop & scoop. they need to post a sign. For the price we paid, I would not pick this hotel again. The only good thing was the check in staff- kind & sweet.

For a relatively new property this place is going downhill quick. Room was not as clean as past stays. Toilet was loose, almost no water pressure in shower. RM 117. Lobby floor near elavator was dirty 2 days in a row. Someone pulled fire alarm at 4 a.m. causing all occupants to vacate to the parking lot. There was no fire a deranged person pulled the alarm. No compnsation offered by the management unless you asked, they gave you $20 off your stay that night. It should have been at least 50 if not 100% of the rate that night.

The hotel was fine. The staff did their best to accommodate. I was most disappointed w hotels.com. I requested a room with 2 queen beds and while I understand that was subject to availability… the actual details sent to the hotel by Hotels.com said I requested a King room so that is what they reserved for me - 1 king bed - even tho my confirmation clearly showed I requested 2 queen beds. This was not convenient or desirable as we preferred not to share a bed - obviously.

Overall, the room was clean, bed is pretty comfortable but the comforter on the bed is too heavy. Needs an in between lightweight blanket. Shade was broken so it couldn't be pulled all the way down and people would be able to see in and the light from the parking lot would shine in so I had to block it off with pillows and bags that I had with me. Otherwise it was a pretty decent place to stay

Stayed her 3 times now on our trips to florida. Great place. Safe and quiet. And plenty of dining options near by.

Overall this was a great stay. My only recommendation is that the shower is super slippery, like really need some grips in the bottom. I busted my butt and I am not old or handicapped. However, staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was quiet:)

The room smelled musty, towel bar was hanging off the wall, bed sheets look like they were just thrown together, stains on the pillows, and a fork under pull out bed. I could tell there is not enough attention to cleaning. The bathroom door gets stuck on the floor and was really hard to shut. We had no sheets for the pull out in the room, so I had to go ask for some. The breakfast was just okay and the beds were at least comfortable. However, I would never stay here again. I was ready to get out of there! We’ve had better experiences at other holiday inn express locations.

I would’ve gave the Hotel five stars, but the room above us was having tap dance lessons all night long. I called the front desk to complain. It stopped for a while, but it continued other than that was clean. It was comfortable was clean. Staff was friendly.

The chair/chaise for watching tv or whatever was extremely uncomfortable and there was only one. If 2 people were in the room 1 had no place to sit.

We checked into our room and found that the TV remote needed batteries. We had a burned out light over the hallway. Carpet was wet around the AC unit. I went down to the front desk an they apologized and gave me a different room (suite). The second room was much better although we did find som hair in the shower drain. On the plus side the beds were incredibly comfortable

No clean rooms available at check in time. Came back 4 hours later and computer system was down. Went to dinner filthy and came back. Still unable to get key to room so every time we left and came back someone had to walk us to the room. And to cap it off, weekend breakfast starts at 7 and we had to leave earlier than that. No apologies. Hotels.com was not helpful at all when we wanted to change hotels. This is second issue with a hotel in last 3 months where Hotels.com was useless. They take your money then wash their hands of you. I’ve used Hotels.com for years but think I’ll start booking direct with hotels. Easier to deal with issues and a real person to call.

It was really good except the bathroom in the pool side . It was dirty. The pool was very elegant and enjoyable. The water was clean and fresh.The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.People were friendly and I would recommend this hotel to someone else.
