Amazing hospitality by staff

I was charged for my pet when I checked in that evening. That was a surprise to me

Everything was fine. I wish the rooms were a lighter brighter and not so dark

The bed was comfortable and at least they had Direct TV.

Don’t know where to start- the hallway reeked of smoke. Door to the room looked like it had been broken into and the deadbolt wouldn’t slide in all the way. AC looked like it was from the 70s and it had a giant piece of plastic hanging from it. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain and small holes in the walls in the bathroom. But what was extremely concerning was this property is NOT safe. It is in a horrible neighborhood and there were several transient people all around the building. There was a man who appeared to be homeless sleeping on the bench right by the front door when I arrived. I went out at 5:30 am to take my dog out and when I went to get back in the key didn’t work to open the door! I was literally locked out!!! I was banging on the door and luckily a cleaning person happened to come by and let me in.

Old lady charged 6000$ instead of 60$ I had to change my credit card because of hotel stupid mistake.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better choices. And more to choose from.

location is good, maintenance of building leaves alot to be desired. Room was clean, and stocked, bed was comfy.

The pothole ridden parking lot, the broken doors, the mysterious odor in the hallways.

the fridge was warm didn’t work. air conditioner kept turning off we had to keep hitting the restart button, sink in bathroom was clogged and water wouldn’t drain.
