After seeing roaches in room and hallways and over all appearance and smell of hotel we decided not to eat there.

The property needs renovated badly. And it was not the cleanest. Housekeeping did not change sheets unless you asked and did not supply new towels unless asked. This place could use a complete remodel and as wel the hot tub does not work its an eye sore with nasty brown tint water and i dont think they plan on fixing it ever. Sayna doesnt work either

The staff was extremely friendly. Very helpful. Check in was a breeze.

The hotel was grimmy, it didn't have the sofa or the cot we requested. The clerk at the front was rude and unwilling to help when I pointed out that we were supposed to have a sofa. Her unfriendly additude was ridiculous. I felt like I was some how wrong for interrupting her, doing nothing. I was told that it would cost me more for the room with the sofa. The room only had 2 sets of towels not even the standard 4. The clerk gave my husband a hard time when he asked for more. The morning staff was better

The staff was very rude. When I first checked in they gave me a room that was not cleaned, the bed was not made and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. When I told the person at the desk she did not say a word ( no apology or any explanation), she just took my key and programmed another room. When I asked her the room number she said just wrote it on a piece of paper. She gave me one key and when I asked for another key she said I can only have one because she didn’t have enough keys for the rest of the people checking in that night. I asked for her name and she refused to provide it. When we got to our new room it has dead roaches, stunk, and had 4 iron burns in the carpet. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbors talking and baby crying all night. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and I will never stay there again!

It was very dirty & unkept. Burn marks all over carpet & holes cut out from an iron. Chewed up broken furniture. Bugs running around. Filthy and disgusting. Screaming kids jumping & running above us. This dump shouldn’t be on your website!

The air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t use it but for maybe 2-5 mins then had to cut it off. We got there at 4 and there wasn’t a fridge to keep my baby’s bottles cold. The room we got had two tvs and only one worked. I got the room so my older son could watch tv while the babies watched baby shows. The manager was very nice when I told her I didn’t have a fridge and she thought I was kidding. She made it right but overall not satisfied and won’t be back.

It's fine if you just are there to sleep and leave.

We checked in and there was 4 of us and only had 2 towels and 3 wash cloths. then they want to charge me $15 for 2 more towels and a wash cloth! ridiculous!!!! and I think and from what I read it’s crazy we have to use the same towels and cloths our whole trip! gross! I have never ever heard of being charged for clean linens!

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The hotel room was smaller than expected and the facilities there were below our expectation. The staff were decent though so overall, I will say it was a fair decent stay. I had a large family and needed more room so I probably won't recommend the suite for a family of 8 but other than that, it was ok.

First, we would have appreciated more space, since we booked for a family of 8. Most hotels were offering 2 separate rooms for a family of 8 but this hotel accepted to put us all in 1 suite and I was excited because that's what I wanted. The suite was not spacious enough so we ended up leaving 3 days earlier. The amenities were also not appealing to use at all. The kids wanted to swim but they hesitated when they got to swimming pool and ended up not swimming. Aside from space and amenities, I think everything else went well. The breakfast was the best part of this stay. It was a real delicious breakfast and that I must say, helped me a lot since I had to feed 6 children, my husband and I.

My bathroom curtain rod was broken(barely hanging on by 2 screws), toilet took forever to refill to be able to flush, the shower drained so slowly we had to stand in our used water while we bathed. I even messaged the front desk through their own text service and no response.....

Location was good.

The hotel needs a lot of work. Doors to rooms very hard to close. Paint on walls and doors chipped and dirty. Rust in bath tub.Telephone did not work in both rooms, had to call front desk for service, but they did send someone to fix it Did not eat breakfast there.

Our rooms rug was nasty dirty. Stains all over. The whole place meaning our room was not very clean. They said pool was ready to use but it was not very clean looking so we didn't go in.

The staff were very nice, however, the room was the most run down disgusting room I have ever seen!!!! The rug was filthy dirty!!!!! The chairs upholstery was peeled off! Filthy and disgusting says it all!! I will never ever stay at a hotel by Radisson again!

Well, the rooms smelled like cat urine, tv stand was obviously wet at some point and was coming apart, couldn't turn on AC because it smelled 10X worse. Shower curtain wouldn't stay in place and was puttied d to the wall. Overall horrible. Won't do it again. VERY disappointed as we always stay at Country Inm and Suites.
