This place is outstanding! From the cleanliness and staff. The study was professional and have us a run down about their in-house bar and other places around the area. The hotel was so... Clean. In our room we had fresh linens. The next morning the housekeeper knocked on our door to deliver more fresh linens. No trash bags in the trash can so bring some. It's only 1 microwave in the building. Your room comes with a coffee maker and nice mini refrigerator. I would stay again.

It was hard to close our room door. We had to slam it each time.

I loved the atmosphere as well as the service! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The room smelled great the mattress super and pillows perfect!

I left my pillow there and have no way of getting in touch with them as their phone number does not answer. Maybe a faux number.

The staff was not welcoming. The room was small dark and uninviting. There was no side tables, only one table in the middle. The bathroom was small and it was difficult getting into the bath and there was shower curtain. There was only 3 towels for 4 people.

Couldn't watch Super Bowl because of Fox negotiations with the satellite service the hotel used. A good hotel management team would make guests aware of that days prior to checking in. Breakfast service stopped at 9:30. We arrived at 9:35 and told the kitchen stovetop was shutoff. We were not told upon checkin the breakfast hours. Lastly, the front desk was to bring some extra coffee pods to our room.....never showed up.

Breakfast was not included so I cannot comment on it.

The room wasn’t cleaned daily as we stayed more than one night. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, coffee cups and coffee pods. The staff were good in responding it just wasn’t very convenient. Also, there was no microwave in the room, although we could have used the one in the lobby.

I arrived and was told my rooms were not available due to a "glitch" in the system after driving 400 miles. Was told I could cancel or wait in their lobby with 12+ other individuals, who apparently were experiencing the same problem, on a chance a room come available. Never received a call or email informing me in advance as I arrived at midnight in an area completely sold out for 100 miles each direction because of college football bowl weekend.

the first room they assigned us too was already occupied and not cleaned. we hauled all our things back down to the lobby to try to be assigned a different room. there was hair in the shower and sink. they said there was complimentary coffee in the am and we waited over and hour and the attendant never filled it.

Nice place to stay. I slept very well and enjoyed the property.
