Best location for tourists. Lots of restaurants around the area . Mana station is just around the corner. Other good hotels are nearby. Breakfast was great. Different food every day.

Value for money and located in a really central spot with easy access to convenience stores and BTS.

This is definitely a nice hotel. The 2 downsides for me. First the pool was closed for my entire stay and the other thing which I wish was different was the location. It is off of a very busy street..... which never being to Bangkok before is what I though I wanted. All I all I would stay here again. If you are into the night night this is definely your hotel and location. If not the night life is part of the expierence.

Excellent location and good value hotel with good amenities. Housekeeping needs to be serious and clean the rooms properly. Rooms are very comfortable. Very limited vegetarian options for breakfast. Loud music can be heard on the highest floor till early morning due to proximity of nearby bars and clubs however the street vibe is amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants and Nana station. Downside is that it is a bit of a busy and noisy area with cannabis and ladies of the night etc... overtly on sale. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool area on the roof with long opening hours. The breakfast was for us a bit disappointing - lacking much normal continental and cooked breakfast type options, but having a lot of weird unappealing non breakfast items (like pasta and sauce). Room was a reasonable size and the connecting 2-room family room we had was good value.

It is a small, clean, newer hotel not far from the main road. Staff at the desk and house keeping are nice. The room is comfortable but small. Not a 4 star hotel but very nice hotel.

The first room at the front area of the hotel had horrible smell, requested a new room. Hotel staff was accommodating in changing the room. Staff is very helpful. Location is centrally located. No frills hotel, very clean, has everything you need. Breakfast was fine, had enough options.

Dear hotel team,
main reason for medium rating is the quality and maintenance of the location. Some examples:
- pool does not look like in real as on pictures
- gym is quite small and it has bad smell inside
- our view from the window was an old or not finished building
Beside: Thailand is known for the wonderful food. Therefore the breakfast was simple and low quality food with less healthy elements.
That’s why we also change / cancel our second booking.

The hotel is very nice but is located near a semi-main road that is very noisy at night from bars and restaurants with loud music that lasts deep into the night

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are big and the beds are huge! Very close to many restaurants and BTS. I have not had a better room at this price.
I did have one issue where the hot water was really inconsistent. I mentioned it upon check out. It wasn't a big deal and Im certain they dealt with it.
The breakfast is also underwhelming. We preferred eating out.

The hotel is close to many great pubs and restaurants. Room is decent given the price.

The rooms are very small. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and we got upgraded to a bigger room, which we were grateful for. But the hotel itself is not up to the standard of a 4 star in my opinion. The food at the restaurant is average. The amenities are average. It’s a decent 3 star experience overall.

Very Ideal location to a variety of restaurants, clubs, 7-11, star bucks, fast foods like taco bell, money exchange, ATM, metro station , excellent breakfast with variety of choices, friendly team members, clean room very spacious. The only issue I see is on the room mattress, It's hard to clean mattresses in a hotel. I strongly suggest if they can replace the mattress with something completely clean able. Great place to stay. In the middle of Sukhumvit, close to BTS station and all the nightlife. Staff is extremely nice. Some of the rooms have windows that are really small and just look at a building right next door, so you dont get a lot of natural light coming in if you get one of those rooms. Pool area is nice. The gym is pretty basic, but enough to get a decent workout in. Overall enjoyed my stay.

This really is an outstanding hotel. The second time I've stayed here and most certainly not the last. The rooms are a good size, quiet and clean. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel is easily accessed from Nana BTS and there's lots right on your doorstep. Friendly staff and highly recommended.

Me and my family had a wonderful time with Eleven Hotel. We booked two rooms with a king size bed but got upgraded to a 2 double size bed. Staff were also approachable and helpful. We also had dinner in their Thai Me Up Cafe and food was so good! Overall, we've enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!
