Staff is very helpful and nice. Close to restaurant and shops. £200 deposit hold but returned at checkout time. Good thing is they give you extra time on Friday upon request, you can checkout after jumma namaz in Harram. Breakfast was included and lovely. Distance from Harram is 12 mins walk, slow walk. No complaints, I recommend this hotel.

Bus timings were a bit. They just need to increase the bus frequency.

So I decided to stay here for 4 days. The problem is the lack of maintenance. The hotel does not care. Our room window did not close properly and there was noise coming in. At night it got cold because of the window and my family got sick. The washroom was disgusting. It has not been clean for a long time. The only positive I can say is the breakfast, but for the price I paid it is not worth it. It is also quite a distance from the Masjid Al Nawabi. Do not book this hotel. it is not worth it.

Good hotel overall as it gives you an opportunity for a decent 15 minute walk to masjid nabwi, however the hotel really needa to improve their cleanliness in toilets especially. Secondly, the mattress felt like I was lying down on a rock hard flat surface, didnt feel like a matteess at all. But good value for money I guess and the Pakistani restaurant jus 2 minute walk away helps you with those curry cravings. However, make sure you are physically fit to do the 15-20 minute walk (one way).

It was near to Nabawi Mosque and for shopping.

It was convenient to the Haram (Prophet's Mosque) with reasonable pricing and unforgettable breakfast.

It's just a little walk from Haram. Breakfast is in next door building.

The recipients Albaraa he was very welcoming and friendly also others were very friendly , when I needed something in a minute they send it to my room , just the shower area need to be a little bigger , definitely I will go back and also close to the haram with 10 mins walking , between the haram and the hotel several supermarkets and stores and restaurant , convenient location and the price was amazing ,Thanks again to Albaraa and other staff Ali

its a good hotel, just the water pressure was low in the toilet, it will take 10-15 mins to walk to Masjid, on the way there are many many shops, there is a very good pakistani restaurant near the hotel. i read previous reviews where people said there is an egyptian man incharge of breakfast who is not nice to people so i was scared at first but during my stay there was no egyptian man instead there was a very nice guy who was very respectable and polite.

While checking in to the hotel, we were informed that a 200 riyal security deposit was required to receive the keycard to enter the hotel. No where on Expedia nor the hotels website was this listed, so it caught me rather off guard. I had asked for a no smoking room accommodation and while it was honored, when walking into the hotel room, a wave of residual cigarette smoke was very apparent, making it incredibly difficult to breath rest. It took hours for the air to clear up with both the AC running and the windows open. Overall a 3/5 experience.

The property is located about 15 mins walk from the masjid. However, if you just want to grab some food that's a good half hour walk away, as a minimum. We stayed for three night's in which the room was not cleaned once. We ran out of toilet paper and it was easier for us to buy it than find someone to replace it. The safety box did not work until an engineer came and slapped it. Little worrying that there is a master code that he could have used to open it. On check-out day, the master key was needed as my belongings was locked and the batteries ran out, which delayed our check out - they rang to remind us that we had to check out. The bellboy was really good, allowed us to safely store our luggage when we had to check-out at 12pm as there was no opportunity to pay for late check-out. Our flight wasn't until 7pm, which allowed us to visit the masjid one last time.
