The view is amazing!

Great location! The three bed room is amazing for friends sharing a room.

Further from the station than I expected but otherwise good location, off the madness of Shibuya Square. Rooms were tiny. Attached to a mall but mostly serves luxury brands like LV and Kith. A few decent restaurants attached as well

I stayed for 2 nights, but not even new towels were provided unless I asked. Even asked, still guest had to go down to reception to get new towels. Location is ok, but the size of room is too small. Staff hospitality was poor too. With the amount I had to pay, I expected a bit better quality and services from hotel.

Great stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable! Only one problem —the morning sun comes through the drapes onto the bed every morning. Would love to stay here again.

A bit noisy due to train sound, but very convenient, and neat and clean.

Relatively new and modern deco. Appealing more to the younger tech savvy travellers. Suggest add larger table or one chair in room as workspace.

Hotel was located walking distance to Shibuya station as well as the popular Omotesando. A lot of shopping and eating! However, my room did have a lot of carpet stains. The bathroom was a wet one, and the toilet and shower could be separated by a curtain. The curtain did have a little mold on it. Other than that the room was small, but comfy! Would consider the hotel again based on location

This hotel looks hip and trendy, has a nice cafe too. But it lacks in service and not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Rooms are cleaned every alternate day, and while staff are generally polite, you can sense a lack of warmth in their service. Amenities are also scarse, only 1 pillow for each bed, and they do not offer daily top up of drinking water or towels unless you request for them. Eventhough we booked the bigger Twin room, the space is narrow and It’s challenging to spread open your large suitcases. The toilet is super tiny, you almost need to squeeze to move inside it. You have to also note that check-in time is very late, 5pm! However the plus point is that check-out is later at 2pm.

First place to stay in Japan . Stayed 4 nights. I will say I would not have have swapped it for anywhere else now I have seen Tokyo a little bit. Shibuya is far nicer than Shinjuku which I found a little seedy. I know some would look for that in particular. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Small rooms but normal for Tokyo. Very good use of space. We had a twin but beds are like a small double. Finally ask for a view facing shinjuku. We were lucky to have been allocated one

Enjoyed our stay here with the three bunk bed option which was very convenient for the number of people in my group. Centrally located to luxury shopping, convenience stores, food and a mega don quijote. The only thing I would rate low is their electronic check in/out kiosk. I don’t think it made checking in particularly easy. I had assistance and she was struggling. There is a small cafe on the floor where you check in. It extends out into a multilevel food and dining area with a park at the top. Limited selection of toiletries available for free if you needed: toothbrush, q-tips, and hairbrush. I don’t recall if there was anything else. In-room slippers and pajamas. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

Incredible modern and clean hotel right in the heart of Shibuya. The location was excellent and all the trendy shopping and Shibuya crossing was minutes away.

It was a great stay and the location is close to many restaurants, shopping and other amenities. There is also a major transportation hub within walking distance, that can get you anywhere in Tokyo.

There was barely any service provided at the hotel, it is a self check in hotel. You are also not allowed to store your baggage after check out. Housekeeping is once every 2 days. Location and design is good.

Great location close to the scramble crossing

Great hotel in superb location although standard rooms are tiny. Miyashita Park is modern and offers a wide range of shopping and food options. The area also feels safe at night. My only issue is the 5pm check-in. I respect their rules and that perhaps they want to try something different (it does come with late check-out) however in my opinion it's just a way to charge guests more money (¥1,000 per hour).

Seeing the elevated park outside our hotel in an urban area of Shibuya was perfect.

Great location. Tiny room. Minimal services, not even daily trash pick-up. Charges extra if you check-in early, even if slightly early. Staff seem distant and aloof. More of a 3.5 star hotel than a 4 star hotel.

Convenient spot to walk to different areas of Shibuya and Omotesando. Hotel has both a cafe and restaurant downstairs, and Starbucks just outside at the roof top park! Connected to the mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Room is clean and spacious, very nice deco. Big windows to view the city. Next to train track, fun to watch the trains. The noise didn't bother us, but for those who want quiet room might need to rethink. Highly recommend.

5-8 minute walk to the train station and Shibuya crossing. There’s 2 familymarts nearby. Very convenient

Amazing stay and location

Too many people hanging around the park past midnight caused noise that interrupted sleep.

Right on top of the MIYASHITA PARK, you've got a lot of dining and shopping options right at your door. The hotel lobby has a good cafe, there is breezy Starbucks in front of the hotel, and one floor down from the hotel was a dozen restaurants, all with nice patios. You can easily walk to all major shopping destinations in the Shibuya area. The rooms are fun & stylish. I especially like the windows facing the park, as it has a little "Hi Tokyo" sticker on it, producing great photos. Be aware though that in the suite there are no desks (but the lobby has large shared workspaces), and there are no bathtubs (showers only). Please be aware that this hotel is about 10 min of busy street walking from any train stations, so it's a hassle if you need to drag large suitcases. Google Maps will lead you to the park-facing entry which is on 4th floor, but there is an elevator at the ground level to the NORTH of the park. Also be aware that this hotel does self-check-in using tablets, which is a bit hard to operate (there is a lot to type on the screen). If you have free time ahead of arrival, you can get an app to complete the data entry section ahead of time, just check the hotel's website.

Terrible beds!!! Needs a clean, new air filters, clean the vents, so much dust. Location was fantastic and food delicious. I would have rated lower if it wasn’t for the food and location.
