Easy walk to Broadway but removed enough to be quiet. Very secure, clean and comfortable. Communication with management was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay at the 506 Lofts. The loft is very comfortable and has everything you need with a stocked kitchen and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. There is a washer and dryer which was great traveling with kids. The location was great. It was close enough to the action but far enough away to be quiet. There are some great dining options with in a few blocks and a little grocery and coffee shops literally right out of the door. We would definitely stay again!!

Clean, well-stocked kitchen area, comfy robes, and a loft space that was close to everything downtown but just as much fun to come back to at the end of the day.

This was an anniversary trip for us and the 506 lofts were perfect. The property is quiet and in a perfect location for walking to downtown events. The room was clean and well kept. Had a kitchen with full size fridge and stove which we loved. We have already referred two people to stay here. We will definitely stay again. Also loved hearing how they give back to the community as well.

WOW! Just wow! This quaint loft was just exactly what we needed! There was so much character and charm. Very clean, cute decor and the most comfortable bed. We loved learning the history of the building. We felt very safe in this location with all of the extra precautions of getting into the building, elevator and room. The area was in the heart of it all. We walked everywhere. Music row was just a few blocks away. Maybe a 5 minute walk. We parked in the lot next door. For a 24 hour park. It is near so many restaurants. Check out Frothy Monkey for coffee! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend. My husband and I have already said when we come back to Nashville, we will be booking 506 Lofts again!

This property is an amazing blend of historical and modern. The room was spacious, clean and had lots of extras I was expecting life fresh coffee beans to grind and Dyson personal fan for the bed

I absolutely loved the decor at 506 lofts. You are a swift walk away from Broadway, and a convenient walk back when you had enough for the day. My room was neat, and clean, and had all of the commodities you could ask for.

An absolute pleasure to stay there. The parking situation wasn’t the most convenient, but at least they communicated that ahead of time and where the best places to park were - which was highly accurate and helpful. And the location made up for the parking as it was super easy to get to everything downtown, very walkable, and Ubers were very affordable and convenient. The place was gorgeous and very reasonably priced. It superseded our expectations. Check in and out was easy. The building was highly secure. It was a fantastic stay. May do it again soon. Hopefully the construction across the street will be completed by then. A great stay, highly recommended!

So please with this find! Safe, convenient, clean, comfortable, terrific space with amenities. Gave us recommendations for parking. Walked to a delicious barbecue place in same block. The place was quiet, despite being central, had ventilation system that provided white noise. Had washer/dryer, full kitchen & wonderful coffee to fix in the morning. Definitely a gem & will stay here every time we are in Nashville. Best part, privately owned & they give part of each stay to Room for Rooms to help the homeless.

Great place! We were in town for a short term rental conference so we know a little bit about hospitality and 506 Lofts knocked it out of the park. My wife absolutely loved the place. We will stay here again.

Our experience staying at the Lofts was fantastic! Great location and amenities…very safe and convenient. It was my daughter’s birthday and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us upon our arrival! Will definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Excellent location within walking distance of major attractions downtown. Really cool room with two bathrooms. Price comparable to hotels close by but much more character. It was awesome.

Perfect space for 3 or 4. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Coffee and treats we great! Location perfect. Just a couple Of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but very quiet.

Cool loft!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Very walkable to all the Nashville attractions. Everything you could need in kitchen and bathrooms. Clean and great communication via email for arrival and departure. Some homeless folks in the area but that’s just Nashville. Would definitely stay again.

In the heart of lower downtown. Property is located walking distance to Broadway where all the bars and music are located. Guest service is very accommodating and wonderful. Bed is amazingly comfy and the room is so cute… the only thing I wish it had were windows, and you can definitely hear the elephants walking above you. Other than that, it was great and the loft is a decent size. I would certainly stay here again! I would recommend guest service providing lotion. I know it’s strange, but they provide body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner but no little thing of lotion. I usually avoid bringing my own because I pack light, and know the accommodations typically provide it. Just something like this would’ve made it a little more convenient for some guests. Overall, amazingly great experience. Thank you

Not for us really. Clean enough. Only a rail to hang your clothes. Would have been ok for one night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lofts. The room was easy to get to, only a 5 minute walk to Broadway. Make sure to use the Library parking garage, much cheaper than other parking structures downtown.
