Very comfortable, clean, close to University. Excellent breakfast and warm atmosphere easy to enjoy!

Wonderful hotel with good breakfast. Got upgraded to a King with sofa bed and kitchenette. We only stayed one night to see Hamilton but suite would be comfortable for 2 people for a week. Hotel is in the middle of ASU and literally across from the football stadium. It would be convenient for visiting the area for graduations and games.

Great location & convenient to food & shopping. Very peaceful & quiet. Didn't like the water pressure from the shower & the $16 daily parking charges but overall a great stay

What I didn't like the parking I feel like it should be free since we are paying hotel i feel like free parking should be included

If you like nice and quiet away from any chaos this would be an option. Easy 15 minute walk to dining options. Great staff friendly and helpful!

Great place to stay

Hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. Room was very nice and super comfortable. Will definitely return next time were in Tempe.

Stayed a few days and enjoyed pool, dining nearby, close to ASU and the Tempe market across road. Friendly staff like Hoseph at pool made stay all the better . Thanks .

The rooms have everything and are very modern and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've seen, the staff was friendly, the gym was great. I will stay here again.

Although this property is in the middle of the ASU area, there are no good dining options in walking distance. The property charged $16 a night for parking, which is a very nasty surprise. I would have chosen a different property if I had known that. This property didn't feel like the general Hyatt experience, overall. Many of the usual amenities missing.

Convenient location to go to the boots in the park concert. Great friendly staff. Overall a nice place to stay. The room was nice. The bed was a little dated and not too comfortable. Lumpy and worn. Both beds were the same. I would definitely stay again if i was in the area.

The ac went out on 100 degree days tv didn’t work overall not happy choosing this hotel

Nice hotel and would return. Only issue is the pool is small and its resturant closes early.

Everything has been great. Easy check-in, clean and spacious rooms. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through this area.

Great place! Clean, close to ASU, nice pool and roof top bar. And have to say that the bartender, Angie at the roof top bar is on her game! I was in the biz for years and do not give that compliment lightly;-)

Very Clean, friendly staff, lived the showers they had fantastic water pressure. laundry on site very convenient. Pool was small but rooftop area also very nice.

The hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness! However, I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant had so few menu options. The photos in the elevators about h bar do not seem to reflect the actual menu that is available. it does seem to be a problem, because there is not really any restaurant food that is decent unless you walk for at least 10 minutes in the heat.

This property was absolutely amazing. Made our stay away from home feel wonderful knowing we had multiple rooms to relax in. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious with PLENTY of options, and the staff was super knowledgeable and attentive. Any time we were heading out for the day if they weren't with another customer they would either give us a smile, wave and greeted us by name, or would stop us if we were in less of a rush and ask how our stay was going and if we tried any of the restaurants they recommended. The rooftop bar was only open Thursday-Saturday but you could hang out up there any time and bring up food from the lower bar. The area was super walkable with TONS to do. I personally recommend the Eureka! restaurant which was a main recommendation from the staff. Phoenix zoo is very close as well and if you need commodities for your room I recommend heading over to the shopping mall down the road, it had everything we needed and more!

It was just my son and I we came to look at ASU. And it was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay even if it was for only 2 days. There was no shuttle from the airport so we just got a lyft. But while there we were able to walk back and forth to the campus.
