This was my fourth visit to Bell Vista in Burbank, and I
will be back when I have cause to be in the SoLand.
The property is a good value and I like that it has less
than 20 rooms. The four different rooms I've lodged in
have all been very clean. Staff is friendly, prompt and
professional.

room needs a good cleaning. chair was severely stained and gross. walls were covered in stains and scuff marks. table was super worn. could hear the car driving by all night. bathroom was remodeled but the room itself was overall dirty. was only there a few hours.

An old motel in an expensive area. Parking is tight and might be filled up in which case you have to find street parking.

This was a very comfortable stay. The room could use a bit of a fix and it could be little bit cleaner but overall it was good. I was there for just one night so if you're looking for just a place to sleep in, this is perfect. The staff was very friendly. The area around it was not bad either. You're close to the mall and to other restaurants.

I stayed due to my lack of AC AND the horrible heat in Los Angeles. When I got there, the room was cool, but when I woke up in the middle of the night it wasn’t. It wasn’t hot, but it sure wasn’t cool. The bed was wickedly uncomfortable and I think they refill small containers- so eco-friendly? Yes. Kinda gross? That too.

The hotel itself looked alittle suss when we got there. We almost cancelled but we were so tired from universal so we stayed and it was good! No issues. Just your basics which was all we needed.

Probably purchased and renovated 2010s. When it didn’t pay off as expected…sold to less well prepared owners. Most of the subway tile/barn door/retro tables/LVP flooring remains in good shape. King bed, white linens reassuring; big and clean. Can’t fully compensate for location, modest security, exterior appearance. Parking lot was partially full though so we weren’t the only Burbank airport travelers finding it.

The amenities advertised microwave in the rooms and WiFi. Neither exists. We chose this property because it included these two amenities and had need of them. Their absence was a disappointment.
The room was clean and we did appreciate the cleanliness and having a clean room to sleep in was the most important part of the stay.

The chair in the room was so filthy I wouldn't have sat in it or put anything on that chair. The rest of the room and bath looked clean.

What a gem. Clean, comfy bed, great shower. No coffee in room, no microwave but did have a small fridge. It was very nice, even stayed an extra night due to my schedule and didn't have to change rooms. I'll be back.

This motel is close to downtown Burbank. It is an older property that has been renovated. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the nice bakery across the street.

The property on the outside looks really old and lack of maintenance. The inside is clean but looks like a 80s place.

Was nice place. Booked it for a local hike. Hike ran a bit late I arrived back at 11:05. I asked if I could grab a quick shower and was told no way. It’s a rule so I graded it average but kind of sucked.

Small hotel. Has been re-done on rooms and is nice. Great a/c. Hot shower. Comfortable bed.
Perfect for a quick overnight or a place to just shower and sleep.
