Extremely clean and nice staffs

Spacious and clean rooms. Not very luxurious but does the job.

Food and bathroom facilities could be better.

Booking a superior Studio was not as worthy as it must be. Not as tidy as it should be. My rooms kitchen was infested with Red Ants which spoiled the entire food meant for my kid. Proactive pest control is NOT in place which is a BIG NO for anyone to stay. During checkout I was told that I should have told the team about it, which according to me must be a Proactive task. As a reactive solution staff suggested that they put chemicals (Ant Chalk). This would act as another Hazzard as it's the poisonous chemical which I would never look for as a solution when staying with Kids. Coffee mugs (2) were age old and could see yellow stains in them. I asked the supervisor for another pair but was never fulfilled. The sectional couch was damaged. Apt for seating but leather cover was noticeably damaged at one end. Cutlery needs to be replaced as it's very old. Placement of Microwave on top of Refrigerator is another discomfort and you are required to open the refrigerator door first to put content inside the Microvave else the microwave door can't be seamlessly operated.

Food was good, security and helpers are good. Management team can be better and have better communication.

The property has a full fledged “Reception” area with check-in. The Property Executive accompanied us to the Unit & did the check-in formalities in the comfort of the Unit.

Suggestions :- 1. The kitchenette area should have (a) a hand towel & (b) hand towel rod/holder 2. A “View-finder” (i.e., peephole viewer) in the main door

The apartments are decent but not worth the price.

Way too expensive especially because of the location its way inside and far away from basics also the hidden charges, i mean i walked in and booked the aprt for a month and after paying 70k i was told have to pay for the electricity separately for long stay and when I objected i was refered to terms on their website by the lady at the reception when it should have been explained beforehand, i ended up paying for drinking water electricity (2400 rs ) , seriously you can book a 4 star property for this price, i wouldn't recommend it, there are way way better options in that area for half the price.
