We had a few minor issues with doors not functioning quite like they should, but it was just to the bunk room (where most other condos don't have a door) and the pantry, so nothing major. You can tell it is stayed in a lot, some minor things (bathtub faucet knobs, towel rings) were showing signs of wear... maintenance did promptly show up to address all concerns. This condo is located right next to an elevator, which was great for convenience and didn't add any extra noise while in the condo. We love Waterscape and this condo is one of the best that we've stayed in. We try to eat in some and it had a crockpot which was handy.

Waterscape is the perfect vacation spot with kids. This property was exactly as described and communication with the property manager was quick and efficient.

Property was nice! Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable as was the running toilets in the unit. A lot for my grandchildren to do but I do wish the pool water had been heated.

The condo was just as other reviewers have described it. It was clean and well equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, laundering clothes, etc..The location was convenient and centrally located to the local attractions and eating establishments. Additionally, it's just steps from the elevator to the beach and even though the weather was a bit on the cool side for swimming we still enjoyed the beach as much as possible. The view of the beach was magnificent from either of the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Marie was a great host. We had one small maintenance item that needed attention and she took care of it within two hours of my call. I only mention this as a testament to her willingness to maintain the condo and please her guests. Overall, even with the cool weather, it was a great week. I would rent from Marie again.

One master bath needs some work - toilet flushes inconsistently, shower door doesn’t close tightly, Ceiling vent makes a ton of noise and keeps one master bedroom awake at night. (We told management who said they would send someone, but it did not get fixed and we never received an update).

It started as soon as we arrived and I had not received the gate code. I messaged the property manager and after a few moments I received it. The next thing was the WiFi password. Apparently the WiFi doesn't work so you have to log in on another room. Which is ok but I had to message to find this info out. In other reviews I noticed comments about the beds....they are no joke.....they are horrible. Then lastly was the washer. It looks new but doesn't work. Of course I discovered this after all the clothes was wet.

We had a wonder stay. My kids said it’s their favorite vacation so far. (Ages 13 and 14) This condo was close to the pool and beach. It had a beautiful view and perfect to watch the fireworks from the pier. It was close to anything we needed and it was clean. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family of 4.

They changed the bracelet rules in the middle of our stay requiring our 2 year old grandaughter to wear a bracelet at the pool. continued to harass us about her bracelet constantly. I had it in writing that bracelets were only required for children over age 12 but they said that they weren't honoring that. At one point pool attendant "Steve" told a family "i am the bracelet cop". The utter rudeness and lack of tact was completely unacceptable and I will be sure to spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Great location, ocean view with balcony was so nice, plenty of space and everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We loved Waterscape! The resort is top notch, grounds are very well maintained, ocean was beautiful and the beach service was such a great perk!! I love that they set up the beach chairs/umbrellas in a U shape so everyone has a great view without obstruction! The condo was HUGE and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly! We actually could have had another family join us, so very spacious! Condo is beautifully decorated, updated and we loved the extra large walk in showers! Balcony was great, ocean view is even better than in the pictures!! A couple things could have been touched up paint wise or cleaned a little better, but nothing we felt necessary enough to reach out or complain. The pier is very close, within walking distance from the beach! We saw dolphins, some fish and cool birds at the pier! AL’s restaurant by the pier was fantastic!! Live music, great food and cold drinks! Rockin Taco’s was great also, wonderful atmosphere! Fudpuckers is a great family restaurant, with live gators! Burrito Del Sol is just a crossed the bridge in Ft Walton, highly recommend for fresh homemade tacos & burritos! Wild Willys Adventures for mini golf, The Track for bumper boats, go karts and Arcade! We also did a Walmart grocery order online and just picked up our order on our way to Waterscape, so convenient! We’d definitely come back!!

The condo is great, has a great ocean view and the owner was quick to respond. The unit doesn't have any beach toys or carts but does come with beach service that includes chairs and an umbrella, also the unit has a cooler that is a perfect size to take to the pool or beach and was greatly appreciated. We will be back and would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend away and the resort itself was perfect for kids of all ages. Short drive to the airport and really easy access to grocery shopping. Beach area was beautiful.

My family enjoyed our stay! Check in was great and property management were so helpful. The condo is beautiful and has pretty much everything a home would have. The pillows and beds were ok. Loved the balcony with an ocean view. Property has grills by the pool which was nice. Overall would stay again

We had a great time as always at Waterscape resort. This unit wasn’t as clean as some of the others we stayed in but nothing we felt we needed to report (sandy floors on day 1, dishwasher didn’t clean dishes very well, etc). Overall we had a great time and will return!

We had a great vacation with our family at this property. The pool is great for kids of all ages and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Everything you could need is close by and if you are looking for more it's a short drive to the Destin Harbor. Would definitely stay again!

You won’t be let down with renting this condo. Great view of the beach, can hear the waves rolling in and out. Close to the elevator for easy loading/unloading. Decor is bright and airy. Beds are comfortable. We had 1 issue with the dryer but it was fixed quickly. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need. Just bring your groceries! Kid friendly, lots of games in the closet if the weather gets rainy. Love the privacy you get with the door on the bunk room. We will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful condo for the week!!

Let me start with the fact that I do not really review places. But I feel you must know this about this condo for the price. We love the Waterscape resort and love to switch condos up. We booked this condo based on other reviews and view. The 1 star is for the view since you dont get great views in many of the condos here. The other 1 star is for the resort itself. The condo is bad. Ii. Have pictures but cant upload here so ill explain. There is so much mold dust and dirt in the condo that I spend so mucj time cleaning on my vacation. From food still stuck on silverwear and pots to thick mold / dirt funk spots on the shower and dust everywhere it was extreamly disappointing. Im not sure who is cleabing this place but they are not. Picking up prior to a new guest yes but deep cleaning NO. This is very unsaintary. I just really feel like my money was NOT well spend on this condo. And i wish that this review was different.

This was a great condo providing everything we needed! Waterscapes is the best as this was our third trip here. We will return!!

We decided to stay at Waterscape because of the great pools for small children. The kids loved the pools, especially on the days it was too chilly to be on the beach. We really liked the actual condo as well. It was very spacious, well maintained, and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We really enjoyed reading through the beach house guest book and seeing what everyone else experienced during their stays. Very cute idea.

We have rented this unit for several years during the winter months. We like the unit because it is clean and has tile floors which makes keeping it clean easy, unlike some units that have old carpet on the floors. The until is well stocked for dishes and utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. The heating and cooing system is ultra quiet which is a plus. The amenities in the resort are great and easily accessible from the unit and generally well maintained. The beach is awesome. Over the years when maintenance issues, which will come up at any property at some point, arise the issues are always taken care of promptly, by the owners and maintenance company. The local property manager is close by and is always pleasant and always wants to please. There is a new hotel being built next door but as of Feb 2017 it looks like the noise, at this unit, from the hotel adjacent to Waterscape will be completed by March April 2017. The exterior of the building is complete. The side of the hotel being built that faces A505 has been completed and painted as of Jan 2017. Most of the construction from now on will be on the interior of the new building. The construction is not really a big deal because we are always outside during the day in this beautiful area. Unless you plan to stay indoors all day the construction noise should not be an issue The resort is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, some within walking distance. The parking garage is spacious an offers lots of parking, even on the same level as you unit if you wish.
