Reinigungs Staff im Korridor des 3.stock war ab 7 Uhr mit lauten Gesprächen gut zu hören da die Tür nicht gut Schallisolier war.

朝食がおいしかった。フエの王宮まで徒歩で行けます。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。通りを渡った向かい側に小さな店があるが、飲み物やスナックなどが安く購入できます。部屋は十分に広く設備も快適でした。ウォシュレットのような洗浄装置がトイレについていて安心して使用できました。これは意外と素晴らしい設備であると思います。トレーニングジムはとても広く、設備や器具もそろっていました。全体的な高級感は十分であると思われます。

新市街のおいしいレストランが並んでいる地域は徒歩で２０分ほどのところにあり少し不便です。フエ駅からのアクセスは、タクシーかGrabの利用が必要です。観光地で止まっているタクシーで声をかけてくる場合は悪質な業者である可能性が高いので、注意が必要です。プールは屋内なので、眺めは良くありません。スペースも狭いです。スパが併設されており設備も見たところ素晴らしいのですが利用者を見かけませんでした。ルーフトップバーはとても爽快な気分にはなりますが、王宮は樹木に隠れてあまりよく見えませんでした。そのせいか、カップルが一組いただけでした。

Beautiful hotel with top notch service and cleanliness. Close enough to city centre that walking was easy, far enough to be away from the noise and get a taste of Vietnamese life.

El hotel es precioso, la localización no esta en pleno centro pero cerca andando de los restaurantes y del río, los empleados muy atentos en todo y las habitaciones con unas vistas maravillosas y las camas super cómodas.

-El primer hotel en mi vida en el que al llegar antes de la hora del check in, te ofrecen un early check in pagando 100% o 50% de la habitación, dependiendo de la hora que llegues. Fue bastante decepcionante para nosotros ya que en el resto de hoteles que nos alojamos en Vietnam nos hicieron el early check-in siempre gratis. -En el spa no puedes relajarte porque esta lleno de niños saltando y nadando. Tienen un “jacuzzi”(mini-piscina) que si quieres usarla para evitar estar rodeado de niños también te hacen pagar extra.

Room is well appointed and all systems worked as advertised. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive with something for everyone’s taste. Internet was strong enough to run Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The staff is very attentive, the decor is beautiful and the breakfast Buffet is huge (and delicious). Huong, Tuyen, Ngoc, Hoai, Anh and Thu took great care of us and made us feel very welcome.

Everything about our stay was great: comfortable and clean rooms, great central location and very welcoming staff that went out of their way to be kind and consulting. The pool area is also excellent and the views are great, as well as the rooftop bar (Sunrise lounge). We booked a half day tour to several tombs and pagodas with them as well as our further transport to An Bang, which were both excellent! We would like to specifically thank the hotel staff team: Khan and Chi for the great organisation of our stay, as well as the amazing front office team HUONG, TUYEN, NGOC, HOAI, ANH and THU for advising us on tours, places and restaurants to visit in Hue. We had a great time and felt very well cared for!

Pity the swimming pool is on 6th floor inside, not enough loungers to relax or dry on. Very slippery around the pool. Not somewhere to relax and chill out.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Having walking street at the nights we were there was fun. Walking distance to lots. Staff friendly and helpful.

No lounges or seating near the pool. The pool lounges were in full sun away from the pool.

Probably hotel’s location is what we liked the most and also the size of the room. Breakfast was ok. Staff at the reception is friendly and can assist quickly if you require anything in the room.

Hotel is very outdated like many hotels in Vietnam, old bathrooms and facilities including gym, rooftop and pool area. During breakfast we had ants crawling a bit everywhere around the windows ledge and our table.

Sehr durchgelegene Betten, extrem laut und hellhöriges Zimmer. Man hört andere Besucher aus dem Flur oder deren Zimmer, als stünden sie neben einem. Die Steckdose am Bett funktionierte nicht (bemerkte ich morgens, als mein Handy leer war). Die Klimaanlage kennt nur Sibirien oder aus, der Kühlschrank ist dermaßen laut, dass man denkt man sei auf einer Großbaustelle. Wir waren eine Nacht hier und hätten definitiv auch keine zweite hier verbringen wollen. Mir persönlich nicht wichtig, aber immerhin war es mit inbegriffen: der versprochene "Stadtblick" war in einem schäbigen Innenhof gerichtet (siehe Foto)

Wunderschönes großes exquisites Zimmer und tolles Frühstück, Personal, besonders P. Anh, Hoai und Thu, waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Spacious, well decorated and comfortable room. Bathroom had a large walk in shower and a bath tub. Breakfast offered a large selection of food, and the dining room is on the 12th floor with lovely views across Hue. Staff were helpful and friendly, check in was quick and efficient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and relxaing. It's also an easy walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants and the walking streets.

The shower is very slippery, we put a towel in the bathtub not to fall down. This shower in a bathtub is an outdated concept. To high to enter for older or disabled persons! Unfortunately we had the room beside the cleaning women deposit, we woke up every morning at 6 am. Walls very thin, could hear the neighbors all time.

Aamiainen yläkerran näköalaravintolassa oli ensiluokkainen. Majoittuminen sujui erinomaisesti ja palveluhenkisyys huokui henkilökunnasta. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Erityisesti Hoai, P.Anh ja Thu jäivät mieliimme ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Rautatieasemalta oli kävelymatka hotellille.

Sijainti oli kivalla kadulla, joka muuttui viikonloppuna kävelykaduksi, mutta aivan kaupungin ydinkeskustassa emme olleet.

The staff were very helpful arranging transport to Hoi An for us. The room and bathroom were large with an excellent shower and a great selection of toiletries. We enjoyed the Skybar overlooking the town and the river to the Citadel

The bed was a little firm for our liking. We also found that the air conditioning was too cold even though we had tried on numerous occasions to reset it. There was also no towel rail in the bathroom (which could be a Vietnamese thing).

Everything is perfect. Especially the staff: Ngoc, Tuyen and Uyen were very helpfull. And very nice they really added to our experience.

The selection of food at breakfast was fantastic.

The room was not as described or pictured when booking. We booked a room with a city view, but it was most definitely not as the pictures on Booking.com for the room, nor a city view, more a rooftop and back of a building. The toilet blocked easily, the flush was weak, the water temperature went from extremely hot to cold quickly in the rooms and we felt like we were there for them to try and grab as much money from us as possible. The gym equipment was either partially or fully broken, and there was no drinking water available. The TV was small and outdated. The room was extremely noisy, you could hear every sound from the hallway and outside the window such as from other rooms. Terrible stay, not recommended.

Outstanding. The hotel was clean comfortable and the service was stellar. From the moment we communicated with Khanh and Chi on booking.com until we left the hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful. Quynh, Ngoc, Tuyen, Tam, Uyen and Huong were so helpful in making plans for tours, taking care of needs for a member of our group who was sick, providing excellent personal tour guide with private vehicle, recommendations for food any anything else we could possibly need.
