A good and fast transfer to the airport included. Nice room with a very convenient bathroom.

Not so easy to get here using a public transport - only few buses come here and they not always stop on the nearest train station.

The staff was unresponsive to messages and call, I was unable to even stay there.

Nous recherchons encore ce qui justifie les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel. Le séjour a commencé avec la messagerie de l’hôtel hacker et nos données de cartes bancaires recueillies deux jours avant le départ. Nous avons donc dû faire notre voyage sans nos cartes de crédit ! Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait suite à cette expérience. Visiblement ils ne connaissent pas ce qu’est une relation commerciale. La bagagerie n’est pas sécurisée, vous posez juste vos bagages au desk de la réception. Ajoutez à ça des lits durs, à ressorts, un ensemble de literie premier prix et des lumières qui se déclenchent en pleine nuit sans avoir rien demandé. Évitez cet hôtel !

I only had a 14 hour layover between flights and the hotel and surrounding neighborhood was close to the airport and a much nicer alternative to a transit hotel. It was great to be able to go outside and explore the area and eat at the local restaurants.

The hotel cafe was closed so we couldn’t get breakfast or a morning coffee. The local cafes and restaurants also didn’t open before 9am.

The facilities were great and the convenience store underneath was very well stocked. The shuttle was great to get back and forth to the airport.

If you are getting the regular Sydney to Incheon flight that lands at 19:00, they will not wait for you. I didn't have any luggage and we landed on time and I made the bus at 19:28 and we left at 19:32. I know that there were people who missed the last shuttle as they were on the shuttle with me the next morning.

it’s very clean, the staff were helpful and the room even had a view of the sea. The room was very quiet and clean, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and if the times aren’t good it’s a 15,000 taxi fare.

The hotel service at the front desk is impeccable! Whatever it is, they won’t let you down. Professional and effective! Rooms are clean and modern

the breakfast wasn’t very glamorous

Great spot by the water with multiple options for dinning inside the hotel as well as in the area. Definitely worth going especially if you have a long layover. Free shuttle with reservations was a big thing for me, so I loved thag the hotel provided this.

Beds were tough to sleep on. Not sure if its a thing were you sleep on hard beds in Korea.

Front Desk Confortable Room

The Hotel was not that close to Incheon airport as I imagined. The shuttle to airport left five minutes before we had booked, so the attendant arranged us a taxi.
