Clean and comfortable room.
The pillows were too hard and too high.
The HVAC fan and exhaust fan in the toilet are too noisy and in need of upgrade.
Other than this the hotel is very nice.

I needed a hotel close to the hospital and this has been perfect. Excellent staff. Clean. Walkable to the hospital and a variety of restaurants.

It was a good value for a quick overnight stay. The room entrances are on the outside so there is a bit more noise that comes from the door but didn’t bother me too much. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

We just stayed one night. Very comfortable and everyone was great. No complaints. We would stay again

It was a clean, average room. We had a 2 room, 2 kings and a pull out witch a kitchenette. Spacious and perfect for our needs. Check in staff were polite and welcoming. Check out was quick and easy.

Good hotel for the price. Amenities like washer/dryer and free breakfasts were a plus. Parking lot was patrolled by security 24/7 as well, so it definitely felt secure. Room was decent too. Nothing too special but it did include a microwave and mini fridge. Also both plusses.
Only thing I didn't like was the bed felt very cheap and the air conditioning unit that seemed to be malfunctioning. Wifi was also slow but not unusable.
Regardless, I'd stay here again.

We have not stayed in Seattle before but have stayed at many Best Western hotels. This particular hotel is part of the Best Western Signature Collection and we were disappointed. We had a suite with 2 queens. Walking into the room it looked ok. Upon closer looking, there were parts of the wallpaper behind the chair that was missing and peeling. The sofa bed had parts of the foam that was missing. The mattresses were super firm and not very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The area where the hotel us located is not the best. There were lots of sirens from emergemcy vehicles going off throughout the day and night. The floors and counters have been replaced recently, which is nice, but the kitchen faucet was not installed properly and was very loose. Overall, we were disappointed with this experience and would not be staying here again.

We frequently stay here when travelling to Seattle Northgate. The location is safe and convenient to I5.

My only complaint would be the lack of a pool. Having a listing on expedia that says pool, when the pool is in disrepair is not cool for people like us with small kids. Thankfully we know the area and could find numerous other beaches for our kids to swim. But the listing specifically saying Pool, when there is none available is uncool. Its basically a Travelodge with a new paint job and should be priced that way.
Besides that, we enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and everyone was really friendly and awesome.

The Staff was very helpful and informed of the area. The breakfast was great. And with the helpful Staff, i was able to get around on the grounds with no problem.

The room was really clean, hotel seems to be on the old side. Breakfast was good, quite a few options. The area didn't seem like it was the best area to be in. We've never been to this city, so had no idea where to stay. There was a sketchy guy sitting at the bottom of the stairs to go up to our room but we didn't see him bother anyone. There was a security guy sitting in the parking lot, which also didn't give us a great feeling, because what happens that they need security?

If you are traveling with your animal (dog) I’d recommend looking for a dog park. There’s a really small area for them to use to go potty and if you have a bigger dog it’s just not enough room! Other than that our stay was nice cleanliness was on point. Pictures look like the hotel. I was impressed completely! Rooms are very roomy!

The desk clerks made multiple mistakes in getting me an itemized receipt. However, and this is important, one desk clerk did everything he could to get me an itemized receipt for my stay. He did his very best. Great effort and very polite.

I was very impressed with the Breakfast Offered at this Hotel. Many Options. Each Day was something different. I came from CA to a HS Graduation and the Location of the Hotel was Great. Just 15 min away from Seattle Center and Ballard Neighborhood. The Parking Lot was Big, had many parking spaces. Eventho its located in front of a Very Busy Street and NEXT to Freeway it was Quiet. I traveled with my 4.5 ye old and they have me a Room in the Back of the Building.
Drew in Reception was Great, making the Check in Process Smooth and Painless.
Let me mention they have Cold Citrus Infused Water and Coffee in the Lobby 24hours a Day.
Room was Clean, Small for my Taste considering we were 3 adults. Beds Good, Clean Linen and the Room was Clean. Overall 7/10. I would stay here again. Oh and I guess its Close to UW Medicine and they offer Free Shuttle service there.

The hotel was selected at the last minute. It was fair. The guy helping us at the desk was very friendly. The room was fair. One small elevator for 4 floors was inadequate, especially because it appeared that the hotel was used a lot by people who had some type of disability or had someone at the hospital. The pool had a crack and was unavailable.

On checkin, we got 2 room keys, NOT for convenience, but because they weren’t sure which one would actually work.
The hotel has 1 luggage trolley. So if you’re like us, moving your kid out of his dorm and staying overnight before your flight home, there’s a good chance you’ll be carrying 6 large, heavy bags from your car to the room.
The bathtub didn’t drain, and the rusted shower handle broke off with the water running, leading to a potential flood situation. I tried calling the front desk, but the room phone was broken. Luckily they came immediately after I ran to the front desk.
And finally, when we hinted at “a little something” to make up for the horrible experience, they said there’s nothing they can do about it because we booked through Expedia. Really? Not even a free cookie? This feels like weaponized incompetence.

I condemn the nonrefundable nature of this reservation on Hotels.com. I got this room because my wife was to have a sleep study nearby. It was cancelled. So I was stuck with the room, since this was nonrefundable. I inclined to stay away from both Hotels.com and Expedia in the future. I will find another way to make reservations. The worst thing of all was the smell of a sewer in the elevator on the front, middle, of the hotel. Totally unacceptable
