Extremely friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast with made to order omelette station. Comfortable room with plenty of space and a very functional layout. Gym facilities very nice. Daily happy hour at the bar is a real plus/free drinks & snacks.
Need to clean up cigarette butts near benches out front & in the planters.

Very disappointed! We normally love embassy suites, but this visit broke our hearts. First, our room is so hot! And there is a temperature control on the thermostat and we can not lower the temperature below 68 degree. However, the temperature has not even reached close to 68 degrees in the room.
Secondly, our family was in the middle of dinner during happy hour and we were told we had to move out of our table. There are no signs indicating we can not bring outside food and the hotel staff was very rude in barking this order to us. We were told we had to move to the computer area, where there was a small table and my husband had to stand and eat his dinner.
Lastly, we don’t mind paying a parking fee in a big city, but there was a completely empty parking lot. And to pay a fee for this kind of service just stings.

Hotel staff were all very friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was decent. The only complaint that I would have, is the bed was very uncomfortable.

This is our usual stay of choice, but the last year or two the rooms have really worn down, rowdy people in the back that I don't think security or front desk address. I don't think these are people staying at the hotel. Upgrades need to be made for the prices, our bathroom toilet had issues, not flushing well, reported it and no one came by. Shower head going into the wall needs upgrade. Only thing I would give an 8 is the food, but we will stay again. Make changes for your customers.

Room nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but limited seating. Bed very comfy. No complimentary water in rooms but can buy in lobby store. Everything pretty good I must say. Would stay here again for sure.

Hotel always exceeds our expectations. Jessica, hotel clerk was amazing, checking us in early, quickly and was very friendly.
The hotels made to order breakfast was delicious as always. The night reception was wonderful. Emma the bartender was also very friendly and gave us a reason to come back.

They check as in after 4 pm and the front desk was not even alologetic

The only thing is we put a do not disturb on our door so no one would come in our room yesterday. But unfortunately, someone did enter the room without our knowledge. We will more than likely be moving to another hotel because of this action tomorrow morning. Our insurance company is paying around $350.00 a night so we could use the privacy we expect when staying at any hotel.

The Hotel staffs were extremely courteous and friendly. They greeted us and served us with a big smile. The complementary breakfast buffet and the evening happy hour added extra value to our stay.

The hotel is not as close to the airport as you might think. I was told by the person that checked us in that parking would be closed included, however, when we checked out the parking was charged as told to me by the person at the front desk. The receipt shows that it was charged. It’s a little petty if you ask me.

The hotel is getting run down and needs to be updated. The plumbing in my shower was loose and would not stop leaking water. Other than that is was good. I was surprised. I only stayed two nights. They still cleaned my room the first morning which I did not request. That was nice.

The unit was dirty, even the remote control. There was a giant roach in the bathroom at night. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the front desk never answered the phone when I tried the call them (we checked in after a late flight). The next day they did offer to give us a new room though. And the staff was really friendly.

The staff and especially the breakfast staff were friendly, engaging, and seemed to really enjoy helping people.
Breakfast was outstanding. So many options and one of the main reasons I enjoy staying at Embassy hotel locations.
The property is older and doesn’t seem as well kept as other Embassy Suites. Our room was clean but starting to look its age. The miserable part was that the AC never cooled below 78 and mostly stayed at 79. We checked in late and assumed it was warm only because the weather was so hot and the unit had been left on 80 degrees to save energy. By the time we realized there was a real problem with the AC, it was very late and as uncomfortable as it was, it just wasn’t worth packing up and moving to a different room at midnight or further disrupting sleep with maintenance coming to the room to check. We were on the top floor near the roof so that probably compounded the problem.
If there was no doubt that the AC would work, I would give it a second try.

Staff friendly and attentive, great breakfast same as all embassy suites, but I was unfortunately very disappointed with how old everything felt. Lobby area was pretty decent, but rooms are very old. Needs desperate renovation. My brother was also staying here and was not confortable as well. Had conversation with another guest and felt the same way. Price were the same as other hotels in the area that where in much better condition. Pool was very small and tiles were very dirty. Only thing that helped our stay was that everything was clean and we only had to stay for one night! I would have certainly asked for cancellation and refund otherwise.

Sorry but definitely I won’t stay here again my room it was full of ants and bedbugs I call the front desk and they told me to call expidia to refund the money because didn’t have a manager on duty and the girls from the front desk didn’t know what to do how to give me a different room definitely bad service definitely never staying here again

They are old buildings with dated furnishings. Our room lacked natural light so we had to turn on lights even during the day. The bathroom was dirty especially around the overflow cover in the bathtub. It looked like it had molds. The corners in the bathroom were black either from being old or not cleaned properly. The AC vent rattled when it’s turned on and had to up the volume of TV to hear it. The location was convenient for us and the breakfast was good.

I enjoyed the full breakfast & cocktail hour. The staff was courteous & accommodating. The only hiccups was the air conditioning in my room never reach the coldness i had it set at & there was a moldy smell in the bathroom but it appeared clean.
