We have been on vacation for 20 days and have stayed in 9 hotels. This was the worst. Sidewalks and steps were nasty and people were sitting on the steps drinking beer and smoking. I had reserved a king room and was given a double queen room. It was changed after a trip back to the office. The room was minimally acceptable. The entire experience was the worst I encountered in my trip. The previous night I had stayed in the Baymont in Cortez and it was excellent.

In the bathroom the base boards was missing There was two cut half inch copper pipes sticking up. The carpet was wet going toward the bathroom when we arrived. Clean towels we had to pick up at the office. Air conditioning not working properly.

Stayed 1 night on our way to Telluride. Affordable. Quiet clean easy late checkin. Nice breakfast. Would stay there again.

This property is terrible, wires coming out of the walls, pipes in the bathroom sticking out of tile, parking lot lights burnt out or so dirty no light shone. Swimming pool looks condemned -closed. Checkin staff was indifferent I will never stay in a baymont hotel again - there is no way this property meets corporate standards. 200 a night for a dump…

We used it as a quick stop staying for just one night Room was clean, comfortable and the price was right

Just because it allows dogs doesn’t mean there’s anywhere to walk them. And the painting of the rooms was done haphazardly.

PLEASE READ BEFORE STAYING HERE!!! I am NEVER one to complain about a stay. But this one was HORRIBLE! I wish i had the time to read reviews before i booked. The second we pulled into the parking lot, i looked to see if i could cancel my stay. The only reason i didnt cancel was because it was 9pm when we checked in and i simply needed a shower and a bed to rest for a while. Not very many rooms, but no parking. Finally got parked, had someone ask for money and if i had any drugs on me that they could trade for "what they have in their room". Checked in, the man at the desk simply said "ID and your credit card" didnt say for how much, nothing. Got to the room and it was disgusting!!!! One pillow on a king bed. The sheets were dirty, the floor felt like it was about to cave in. The bathroom window was wide open with spiderwebs all across it. Bugs in the bathroom. Two towels, BOTH dirty. There was trash in the 2 trashcans in the room and bathroom. The ac was blowing hot air. The bathtub started backing up with disgusting water and would not drain. We had people banging on the walls and standing in front of our window yelling until almost 3am. It seemed as if a lot of these people staying in these rooms maybe live there? I don't know how this place is even open to the public and not shut down?? I would sleep in my car before i would even think about staying here again!!! This hotel is horrifying and disgusting. Negative stars if i could. STAY AWAY!

Rooms are old and rough. The refrigerator and HVAC unit is unusable if you want to sleep. Breakfast is mediocre.

I should have read the reviews before confirming this hotel. I can't believe this is actually a Wyndham property. We were there for 4 days and never had our room cleaned - no trash removal, no bed made, no clean towels. The room was badly maintained. The sheets had stains. The floor in the bathroom was uneven, so it was hard to open and close the bathroom door. The closet door was broken. The water in the shower was lukewarm. It was difficult to adjust the A/C. You could barely read to controls, which were at the bottom of the unit. The pool was closed and I never understood what the problem was. They didn't have any detergent to buy for the laundry. The washer and dryer were dirty. The breakfast was OK, but it was the same thing every day.

Pool closed by health department fruits were rotten staff was rude room was dirty.

We had bedbugs in our room. Manager said they were normal beetles known in the area. Does this look normal?

When I checked in, I thought the front desk was short & rude, not only to me but the guest in front of me. Why? Because we're biker's? My room had old dirty carpet that smelled bad. The bathroom had 2 badly broken tile right in front of the tub with disgusting dirty grout! Baseboard heaters were removed & an eye sore! I paid almost 500 bucks for 2 nights! Wyndham owned?

The room was dirty, unfinished in some areas, loose cables running along the floor, the bed was lumpy, bathroom mildew, shower valve handle fell off, floor was dirty and there was random dirt not picked up in the corners. ONLY ONE ROOM FOR ADA

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The bathroom sink was leaking, the hot and cold handles were reversed. It is in the process of remodeling by an amateur. The rooms felt dirty. The free breakfast ran out of food quickly, Had to yell for the staff to get their attention to refill food, coffee, etc. Overall, it was “piss poor”

Copper pipes sticking out of the floor. The toilet was in a very strange place. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. It was clean-ish (streaks on mirror but bedding and shower was clean). Housekeeping walked in on me without knocking (the security latch was broken and there was not a do not disturb sign). There were rollaway beds stashed at the end of the walkways, in the parking lot, and the pool was not even close to being functional. Just kinda trashed everywhere. Don’t expect a super nice room but you get what you pay for.

We loved the location and the ease to walk around town. we will stay here again for sure.

The room was so dirty! I spelled water on the floor and used a towel to clean it up and the towel was literally black!!! I booked the room because I swim but the pool was closed and it didn’t look like it had been open for a long time.. totally false advertising! The pictures were nothing like the actual property.

This facility needs improvement. The mattress needs to be replaced as you enter a cave in the middle of the mattress- also, the sheets are cheap and do not fit a king bed. The floor is dirty and is mopped every 3-4 days. I took luke warm showers as the water was never hot. The small refrigerator freezer was iced over around 3-4 inches But the frig did keep foods cold.

The property didn't meet my expectations for a Wyndham property. The room was clean, but shabby. It looks like they pulled out baseboard heaters, but never refinished the wall. I couldn't adjust the heat/cooling temperature at all. Cords all over every floor, as if many of the outlets didn't work. Some of the lamps didn't work. I had to go to the office to get an ice bucket. Bed was OK.

The room floor and the ceiling were very dirty and not cleaned. The TV was not connected and i had to connect all the cables by myself. At the breakfast buffet, the waiter was not professional. Eggs were ready only after 30 minutes. tables were not clean and the chairs were heavily dirty.

Property needs updating and cleaning up. Floors were filthy. We had to wash our feet before bed because the bottoms of them were black with filth. Pool was not open.

This property was absolutely disgusting! The room was the dirtiest room I have EVER stayed in! They gave 3 people only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, said all the towels were dirty so we would have to wait for more. Toilet leaked, TV remote worked half assed and had to unplug to get it to turn off, no bathroom mirror, trim missing, broken and dented lampshades, garbage left under desk, and don’t get me started about the cleanliness or shall I say lack there of in the bathroom!!! I felt like it was a room under construction that they just threw us in. The so called patio area, 4 of the 5 chairs were broken and garbage was all over the place! Talked to front desk and all they said was I can send housekeeping…… they gave me the email for management to discuss refund of some sort! I have sent 3 emails so far with no reply! Paying way too much for this room was unacceptable n so many levels! I owned a housekeeping and property management company in a very wealthy area and if I EVER left a room under these conditions I would have been fired. I took so many pictures of this nasty place! I would not recommend anyone stay at this property!

pool was not working

This place was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve booked through Hotels.com. Upon arriving to the hotel, requested first floor and was told none were available. Elevator was out of order. Lugged everything to second floor to find A/C wasn’t working. Was reassigned a room on First floor. A/C was barely working on this room. Although a discount was provided, the hotel is in pretty bad condition. The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing though. Staff was very lax and extremely casually dressed. Tube top, shorty shorts, slippers. Seriously need some hospitality skills. Would never stay here again.

There were bare exposed walls where old heating elements were removed. The mattress was old and had sunk in the middle. It had no mattress pad. It was urine stained. The floor was sticky. All the countertops were sticky and it smelled awful.

The hotel and the room were dirty and run down. The entire experience was unpleasant. The room key was disabled at 10 even though check out was at 11. When I went to check out, I asked for a receipt and was told I'd have to text someone and they could be there in 30 minutes!!! I'm not waiting 30 minutes for a receipt!! Complete garbage, the entire experience, garbage!
