The property is clean and functional. The rental fee was appropriate to the property. Easy shuttle support.

The hotel location could not be better. Very near the airport and car rental facilities. Clean and well run. Airport service every 20 min was a added plus.

Hotel is a good deal. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and large. Note there is a $25 early check in fee and no breakfast.

Best price for a clean room stay close to SeaTac. Minimal toiletries but good quality. Check out those tissues! Right next to car park. I'll stay again and will bring my own lotion.

WAS A NICE STAYING! EVERYBODY WAS NICE

The only thing that could have been improved was the right hand bed. It was a bit too firm. Other than that it was a great stay. The shuttle to the airport was just what we needed too!

Friendly staff, easy parking, a convenience store across the lot - everything a tired traveler needs on arrival, and a lift to the rental counter the next day by a kind shuttle driver!

The front desk person, Ruth, was very efficient. In addition she allowed me to check in a little early and also reserved a cab for me in the morning for airport. Excellent service by Ruth!

Squeaky floor above the room had the upstairs neighbor keeping us up until wee hours of the morning. Room was clean but bathroom tub was moldy. No continental breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and very close to SEA-TAC

This is a good hotel for a one night stay. It’s no frills but clean and efficient. The shuttle started at 5 am and you’ll be at the airport within 3-4 mins. I used this hotel on the last night of my Seattle/Canada trip so I could get to the airport the next day for a very early flight. Water temp in room was warm but not very hot during this visit.

The hotel is very outdated. The balcony door did not lock what so ever. They did move me to a new room without a balcony. Window didn't lock in the new room. TV also did not work. Loud pipes and people above me that kept me up all night.

It was great for a one night stay before flying, conveniently located! Comfortable beds, clean sheets and blankets, no mold in the bathroom and a courteous staff. My only conplaint is that i could hear everything outside my door, which was located next to an elevator. Every person, every elevator ding, every footstep. I would have liked a little more noise control option for the doors but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Room was fine. Long hallways not clearly marked. TV didn’t work. Shuttle service was helpful.

Stayed at the Red Roof SEA Airport Inn several times. Staff is always professional and rooms are large and clean. We appreciate your keeping rates reasonable.

Pleasant stay. The desk clerk was kind enough to assign me a room which made for minimal walking.

The property was conveniently located by SeaTac airport. However I think it is over priced for the age, co diction and no breakfast.

Pretty ordinary hotel room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom fine. Close to the airport and an easy walk downhill and across skywalk to get to SeaTac.

Hotel was ok. One tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 people for 2 days. And not extra towels.

The reason I picked this hotel was that it was near the airport and had a shuttle service. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 9:30-ish but was about 40 mins late. We got to the pick up area and I called for the shuttle at 10:41 pm. It finally arrived at 11:15 pm!! This hotel is ONE MILE from the airport. Once we, and the van full of other guests, arrived at the hotel the staff was very efficient at getting rooms assigned but we still did not get to our room until nearly 11:45 pm. The hallways and rooms have a stale smell to them, as if they haven’t seen fresh air for decades. The rooms are clean to the eye but clearly it’s an older building. Had I known it was going to take so long for the shuttle, we would have gotten in line for a taxi. Also, their shuttle hours also do not coincide with our need to return to the airport so we will be arriving quite early and have to hang out at the airport for a couple extra hours. Had I not already booked this same hotel at a non-refundable rate for our return trip, I’d find someplace else to stay.

Convenient to the airport, especially rental car return. Plenty of restaurants around. Room was very large. Bed was firm. Great for 1 night before the airport!

Wonderful experience! Front desk was so nice and friendly. I was only in town for one night for a concert. The hotel was convenient with an airport shuttle. Perfect for a budget stay. Nothing super fancy, but it was clean and comfy. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars all around was I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used, but that’s on me!

There was poop in the common area hallway. Had to call the front desk to clean it up. Room was fairly clean. Carpets were dated and stained

100% of the carpet was sticky. You could hear it even, with every step. Not one area...all of it. Are you kidding. Plus the tub shower drain was clogged. While waiting for warm water the tub filled with small pieces of black who knows what. Nasty place. At check out I reported it all. I got...well, you are prepaid. It's all good. I was too tired and too short on timeframe to deal with it at check in. I figured if they rented this room in that condition they would rent anything and had no faith on a better choice. How does walking on carpet that feels like you are walking on a lint roller pass as acceptable? I have NEVER left a review this bad...ever. Avoid at all costs or sleep on a bench.
