Check in process was entirely too long and staff was unable to figure out why I booked on Expedia for free breakfast, but could not find it in the reservation.

Comfortable beds

It wasn't clear on the booking site that long term parking needed to be booked ahead of our arrival.

The bed was comfy. Staff friendly.

Room was not super clean and smelled funny. and hotel was very dated and rundown. Not up to expectation for a Doubletree this price

The staff was very nice and the cookies were good

My sink was broken in the bathroom, they didn't change me rooms so people were in and out for several hours, When I asked for a later check out they wouldn't extend for a few hours even tho I was very nice about the men in and out for hours on the first day.

The hotel was at the location to where we were at for the ATE Expo so we didn't have to drive to and from hotel

Have stayed here a couple times in the past years and according to my employees, the hotel seems to be getting a little run down. Loose fixtures (door knobs, faucet handles, Etc.), sliding doors difficult to open and close, some screws that hold things in place sticking out. Very convenient for where we were and what we were doing, just seems it needs a little TLC

They checked me into an occupied room. The hold on my debit card, plus the actual charge was excessively long . My money was tied up for over 5 days. The restaurant was poor. The front desk seemed to be poorly informed about how their onsite airport parking worked, even though that is a feature.

We asked ahead for a refrigerator IT DID NOT HAPPEN went to the front desk and they said they could get one for us DID NOT HAPPEN

It was convenient for our transit to the next city we were visiting

The beds aren't very comfortable

The room is very nice and comfortable and clean. The hotel is very nice.

There is not microwave in the room. there is an extra charge of $33 a day for parking. There is no room service. Food could be ordered from the restaurants in the hotel, but for pickup only. I came to Seattle for surgery and was not in a position to walk to the dining areas to pick up food.

Overpriced. We also had people charge gift shop expenses to our room that we did not make, and it was a pain to get them removed.

Very old hotel, everything is old, bad smell in the room and unsatisfactory cleaning

check in was easy, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant.

The rooms are very small and dated. There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room and ice machine in the hall was empty. We had to go to the restaurant and ask for a bag of ice so we could keep some water bottles cold.

Proximity, the cookies are absolutely a lovely, delicious touch, staff was amazing, accessible to a coffee shop and restaurant inside, pool, great gym

It's very dated and when you have some thing that's old and dated it looks quite dirty. Looks like no one's clean the windows in ages and I noticed there was somebody's dirty room service dishes that sat out for two days.

The restaurant on-site was convenient. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice. The front desk staff were pleasant just overworked and understaffed.

The facilities in the common areas are dated and the elevator was kinda scary. The walls are thin, so I heard a lot of hallway noise.

Room had toenail clipping in carpet. TV remote was dirty. Other than that it was clean but still. Eeew.

The size of the hotel is nice and the rooms and bathrooms are big.

The hotel did not honor the breakfast included as shown on booking. They gave us a voucher for one morning and we were there 3 days. There were loud and obnoxious guests who were out on the balconies until wee hours of the morning. The hotel front desk would not answer the phone when trying to let them know several times. The next night they answered and only responded that they would send security after I told them we could smell marijuana from our balcony. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. One of the drinking glasses had a huge crack in it. The ottoman was very old and worn. Besides the obnoxious convention goers, this is right across the street from SEA-TAC airport where planes are landing and taking off every few seconds. Loud traffic noises were somewhat lessened by closing the drapes. Just a horrible overall experience.

Very spacious Hotel with a lovely eating area and coffee cart. I enjoyed the cookies upon check-in that were offered.

Room felt dated. The chair in the room was soiled where people put their head. Did not want to make you sit in it. no chairs on the deck.
