It has roaches the employees was rude it was nosey there was big gabs at the bottom of the doors. Carpet was nasty would like a refund or something

Checking in was a breeze and the Receptionist was quite friendly and accommodating. We were happy with the clean room, and although we were not supplied with washcloths (thankfully I brought my own), there were no other issues where the room was concerned. The problem we had was that on the first morning of our booked 4 day stay, housekeeping was knocking on our door at approximately 10:15 a.m. to let know they're cleaning our side of the hotel. I told the housekeeper we're not checking out for another 3 days, but she still insisted on getting us to get out so she could finish cleaning the side of the hotel we're in so she could go to the other side of the building. So frustrating to be rushed when we don't have a timeline to leave the room if we're not checking out yet. Other than that, the Hotel is a fine hotel, and overall, the Staff that I did meet were hospitable and accommodating. I will book with this hotel again in the future.

We showed a military ID card and they failed to give us a military discount. When we tried to ask immediately after paying they said it was too late. This is how we treat the ones that serve our country? Other than that extremely clean, besides two old red stains on blankets (like OLD wine). Area can attract “interesting” people up at all hours as well. House cleaning service is SPECTACULAR! Just would like more love shown towards military…….

For what you pay for, its a nice clean little room! The facility as a whole was pretty old and run down, but the experience I had with staff was pleasant. The breakfast was little to be desired, I expected a little more virety wise but there was coffee so I was pretty happy. I would stay again in the future if need be, the location is nice, you get straight on 26 and take it wherever you need to go!

This is a no-frills hotel near North Charleston and I-26. Lots of the guests were work crews from out of state, which I took as a good sign. The breakfast buffet had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, various cereals, apples & oranges, some yogurt (Activia), coffee, juices. There is a McDonald's next door. Just past that is a 7-Eleven. The staff were very helpful when I needed some changes.

Would not be my first choice, super busy weekend in Charleston paid 200.00 for a room that should have been less than a hundred. Desk staff was nice but the hotel and rooms needs a face lift

Clean, renovated and friendly!

The hotel itself was ok, the entire place is tired. It was very clean & taken care of but it's obviously been a while since it has been redone. Door seals missing, AC rattling, etc. I would've rated it a little higher but someone in the rooms below us decided to smoke all the pot they could in the bathroom & it all wafted up into ours. When we told the staff in the morning they apologized but there really wasn't anything they could've done at that point.

A great option in North Charleston. It is right off the interstate and is an affordable and clean place to stay. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
