The Wyndam Lake Buena Vista is a nice hotel, the staff were amazing. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The rooms had plenty of storage and a coffee machine and large TV. My one small complaint would be the size of the bathroom, which was tiny and only had one light behind the mirror, which left it a little dark. The proximity to Disney Springs and the transport to the Disney Parks make it a good choice for families

Terrible experience and would never stay here again. The staff is rude, the shuttle is never on time, our floor smelled terrible and the ac in the room made our mouth and throat dry.

We got locked out of our room due to a broken electronic lock. They were moderately helpful in getting the problem resolved because it was at 11:30 at night. The maintenance person was the most helpful, the person at the front desk was less so. In addition they charged $25 per day to park the car and a $36 per day resort fee…….both were ridiculous considering what I had paid for the room.

I had such a great stay at the hotel. I visit Disney once a year. The staff is amazing. From the Valley to the bell hops th the front desk. I will definitely stay here over and over.

Great place right next to Disney Springs, which is why we stayed here. Great lobby area and rooms were nice and a/c worked well. Only real complaint is they were pumping cold water into the big pool and it was freezing in the middle of summer. I never understand why resorts pump cold water into their pools to the point that the pool temp is in the 70’s?!

Ideal place to stay, the beds were comfy and the convenience to get to and from the parks and hotels made the price worth it, we'll be staying again next time

We stayed in the tower with the Lake View, and it was really convenient and an easy walk to Disney Springs. Everything was very clean and spacious. Would have liked the restaurant with the buffet breakfast to open earlier than 7:30 am, but the grab and go store had good options.

I have stayed at this resort several times as it's close to Disney Springs. However, the check-in has been a horrific experience every time. Check in time it is 4pm and in order to go to concerts at House of Blues we have got to be checked in and walking by 4:30pm as it's a 30 min walk. I called and asked if there was any way we could check in a little bit earlier so that we can make our concert in time and I was told to just arrive and they would certainly try to find us a room. This is a massive hotel with thousands of rooms so I really did not think there would be any issue. How it ended up is my friends and I showed around 2pm and no room was available. Every 30 minutes we had to go back and ask again if another room opened up and no rooms opened up. They said they were still being cleaned and not available. Around 3:30 p.m. we decided we're never getting a room so we had to go to the public bathroom change our clothes and put on our makeup. Finally at 4:30 p.m. they finally had a room for us. And then I had to wait back in line again (for the 4th time) for the mass amount of people to check in. We paid about $300 for a place to sleep for one night when you add on the outrageous $40 resort fee and $60 to park two cars overnight. And the nerve of somebody to knock on our door at 9am the next morning to ask what time we are checking out. I suggest you change your checkout time to 10am and move your check in time to 3pm.

Great property near Disney

pool poor for a resort not kept up tried a bait and switch promised a gift upon arrival then went to customer service and we were told no gift unless we sat for a time share spiel awful experience

Very good place only issue was the connecting door

Room was clean, tv good, beds good, pillows so so, couldn't get cold water out of bathroom sink faucet, water scorching hot, shower faucet not good.

Property and room was great with the disney view room. Only issue we had was with the shower getting stuck on but they were quick to send maintenancd to fix it.

Stayed for 1 night before flight home. A lovely pool area and a quick walk to Disney springs!

Great location for a short trip to Disney World. Conveniently located next to Disney Springs with regular shuttle service to the parks. Look forward to staying here again.

Very close to Disney Springs (5min walk), very reliable shuttle service for the parks. The bed was very comfortable and the rest was fine. Breakfast was overpriced however, better to grab a bite at the parks instead but overall good value for money especially for being inside the Disney campus

There was no security at the facility entrances, allowing anyone to enter without a key card. This made me feel very unsafe. The only positive aspect of my stay was the bed. Tea, coffee, and cups were rationed, with only one tea bag and one cup provided on the first and second days. Although the bed was made, the room was not vacuumed, and food crumbs were left on the floor. On the day of checkout, I was disturbed at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM by knocks on the door and a text reminding me of checkout, despite not requesting a wake-up call. At 10:45 AM, I informed the front desk that I was moving my belongings to my car and might need extra time due to the distance from the parking lot. They assured me it was fine. However, at 10:50 AM, a staff member knocked on my door, insisting I open it because it was checkout time and they needed to start cleaning. When I asked her to repeat herself and explain why she was asking so early, she apologized and left. I called the front desk again, frustrated, and was told the housekeeping manager, Ricardo, would contact me, but he never did. It seems employees can only act this way if the hotel allows it, indicating a lack of respect for guests. This was my second and last stay at Wyndham.

Comfortable and close to Disney Springs

This is a good value for the nightly fee. It would be nice to have a coffee maker and/or microwave in the room.

We have stayed at this Wyndam multiple times and love the Disney view and how close the walk is to Disney Springs

This was my second time staying at this hotel and i was not disappointed at all it exceeded my expectations

It was an excellent option for visiting the parks, room very clean and spacious enough - can do with an update of general furniture and carpets. Staff were great. The proximity to Disney Springs a plus!

It was bit tough to get hot water in bathroom. I had to run water bit a while to get hot water.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the location is a fast walk to Disney Springs. Transportation to the parks is also provided.

The property is a ~6 min walk to Disney Springs. Very convenient in location and parking. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional.

Blow dryer was broken

Due to flight issues, I needed a place to stay in Orlando and chose the Wyndham based on their close proximity to Disney Springs and special rate for such a nice hotel. It worked out great as the staff were wonderful and the room was great. About a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. The landscaping was luxurious and the pool area very clean and accommodating to all ages and abilities.

Location was great. Cleanliness as well. Enjoyed our stay.
