Great stay with my adult daughter. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so it worked out great. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

A/C did not work properly and did not stay on even all night and the unit got very hot. Would only work for the first hour after turning it down and then it would turn off. Had to get up every couple of hours durning the night to try and keep unit cool. It got pretty hot and was not comfortable.

Great overall experience! The villa was clean and the perfect size for my family! Conveniently located close to Disney with stores close by. All staff was friendly and informative.

Just a wonderful place to stay! Air tub in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed! The only complaint I have is the walls are paper thin. The windows are chinsy and let in all the noise. Our room was right on 535 and the traffic noise woke my husband at night. I imagine rooms elsewhere on the property don’t have this problem. We were very happy with our stay and would consider doing so again.

Great home base for our family vacation to Orlando. Spacious unit was clean and provided a great place to relax when not exploring the theme parks and other attractions. The service was excellent and our kids really enjoyed the onsite pools, pickleball courts and other activities.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was like a small apartment more than a hotel room. The only issue we had was with check in. They wanted us to come to a seminar the next morning to try and get us to buy into what was a time share. That was annoying. We declined.

Very clean property and cozy one bedroom villa. Had everything thing we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi was warm and the pool was refreshing. Mattress was unbelievably comfortable and we didn’t want to check out. Ananda at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful on our checkout.

Stay was good.
NOTE: they do NOT have a disney shuttle as listed on hotels.com. I also called to confirm, and wven emailed. All said there was a shuttle, and then when I arrived I was informed that there was no shuttle.

Staff was nice for the most part, one very crabby server at the outdoor bar but other than that everything else was great! The room was clean and great value.

We just love staying here! It’s perfect for Disney and family vacations.

Really nice area. Our room had a couple roaches and the people upstairs sliding furniture and slamming drawers at 2:30am was ridiculous. Thin walls and floors. Being steps from Starbucks and restaurant and pool was great. Will give another chance.

The ‘villas’ are huge and very up-to-date. The pools are great for families and young children, as are the playgrounds. It’s a HUGE development so prepare for lots of driving (welcome to FL!). My only complaint is that there’s no recycling bin. Thought Sheraton could do better than that.

It was an amazing experience. The resort was very cleanly set up, and easy to get to around too, very close to the disney parks. I will be staying here again for my next vacation.

All of the staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly! Room was up to date and clean, will definitely be staying here again when I come to Orlando!

We cot to the resort early and were allowed to use the pool until our room was ready which was great. Check in wasn't until 4:00, however we were told we would get a call as soon as the room was ready. We waited until 4:15, we hadn't heard anything, so we went back, and the women told us our room had been ready for a while. The room is nice however my wife and I smashed our shins several times because the bed frame sticks out more than the mattress and the space is small. Then we went to make coffee, and the coffee maker did not work.
