I have staying at The Drury Resort in Orlando Fla. 5 Times in pass 2 yrs.And once in Gainesville Fla, and never been disappointed. Awesome Service 👍

Great property! Pool and hot tub were awesome and food and drinks super after long days at the park. Car rental across the street was super convenient and had great service, as well!

Gorgeous room with so many amenities we both plan to stay here in the future for certain.

Ok, the door was broken to get to the balcony, due to a food allergy could not take advantage of the breakfast or evening snacks so it feels like I paid more for nothing

This hotel is a great place. Close to Disney Springs and has bus access to the Disney parks. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the common areas on the 3rd floor in the Palms tower. The flooring on the 3rd floor was dirty when we arrived and it wasn't mopped until I complained about it, 2 days after arrival. The hallway carpet was NEVER vacuumed during our stay and it needed it before we arrived. We weren't able to control the temperature in our room. I was told it was controlled by the outside temperature. That didn't help us when we wanted it to be warmer. Our bathroom was spacious, it was handicapped accessible. Unfortunately, the pitch in the shower drain wasn't great because the floor flooded everyday. I mean the water spread into the whole bathroom after a shower. The FOOD Services was above and beyond my expectations. The team members were constantly checking and replenishing the food, cleaning the tables and assisting people. Definitely would recommend but they do need to work on cleaning EACH floor.

Disney vacation. Perfect for the family. Shuttles often to the parks with breakfast to fill you up before you rope drop!! 10/10 would recommend

Hotel is amazing! Everyone was great! Especially the Front Desk Agent Veronica I believe it was. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a shuttle with a complete schedule to the Disney Parks and Disney Springs, so no reservations needed. The morning breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen and we travel alot.

Unbelievable value for the price. Free breakfast, free kickback dinner with 3 alcoholic drinks per night, free buses to the parks and early access to the parks. Lovely friendly staff and nice pool.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and I’ll continue to do so! The BEST customer service Each time I’ve stayed it’s been exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us and I appreciate it. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The breakfast and dinner is so so delicious and such a good value. The shuttle buses to the theme parks are always on time and it offers such convenience.

Unbelievable place to stay. Bus rides included to every Disney park and Disney springs. Food and amenities are awesome. Large pool and hot tub as well!

Love the amenities. Wish the 3 drinks per day were offered later at night, esp after a long park day. Also wished there were more frequent buses. We ended up having to uber a lot. Breakfast is great! Overall its a great place with great staff, would stay again.

This hotel is in the perfect location. I have never stayed at a hotel with such incredible staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and comfortable. The food at the kick back was meh but it was included with your stay so I can’t complain too much. I bought 2 turkey sandwiches and 2 mojitos and the total was over $100 that was ridiculous. And the sandwich was just ok. All in all I’d go back but eat somewhere else.

The lady at check-in was pretty rude, she didnt explain anything other than the fireworks view that was on the third floor. We were also charged $25 for parking, and the fire/emergency alarm went off around 3 am, making everyone evacuate when it was a false emergency. They also slipped a paper under our door saying that they worked with the local fire department to determine there was no emergency when we are pretty sure the fire department didn't even show up. Housekeeping also entered our room while we were still sleeping and came back again before the check out time.

Beautiful hotel. Well maintained. The breakfast and snacks were delicious. Free coffee, tea, soda was wonderful. Every employee was so helpful and had a smile on their face!!! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

We love this hotel because of the proximity to Disney Springs and the amenities offered. The breakfast is exceptional and the afternoon snacks are a great perk. There are buses to the parks and it is a short walk to Disney Springs where you can catch other buses if you wish to resort hop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, and having two sinks is convenient when everyone is getting ready for a busy day.

Our room was very nice and we had a great view - comfy and clean. Check in was especially easy - Braelynn, our check in girl was so cheerful, helpful and friendly! Answered all our questions and gave us lots of great info about the area, the shuttle bus to Disney, the free breakfast and the kick-back!

Nice easy check in. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and waived the parking fee since we were only staying a few hours because of my flight at 4:30 in the morning. The kick back was great and provided multiple options

I messed up my reservation selecting the wrong room type. Noami took great care of us and did everything she could to help us out. The lady cleaning our room did an amazing job it was so nice to come back to a perfect room after being at the parks for 10-14 hours at a time. The staff at the dining area were so nice. I don’t know how they kept up with all the guests but certainly set the bar high for all Drury locations. We walked to Disney springs and took the shuttle to parks daily. It’s hard to pay double onsite at Disney with early park admission and convenient transportation like this.

One of the best hotel we have stayed at! Best customer service! Amazing staff that went above and beyond for the guest. With being here for the hurricane they made sure we felt safe at all times and did so many activities with the kids! The free breakfast was amazing and the snack at night was just like a meal! We will for sure be back!

We absolutely loved it, blown away, super close to downtown disney, everything is new, buffet is amazing and snacks were delicious, highly recommend

Always friendly staff! We went for our Mickeys Halloween Party event and the free shuttle to and from was super convenient and perfect. Great location and free breakfast was delicious.

Great stay with a very nice pool and a great offering of bus times to and from disney.

It was great.we stayed in a firework view room. The show was great and sitting in my room was awesome.

This is the 4th or 5th stay at the Drury Plaza and they are improving their already awesome property every trip. New Kickback selections and some additional offerings at breakfast are this visits improvements. Staff if always great, no resort fee, so many perks in addition to being on Disney Property and every one of the staff are friendly and happy to help. A great stay and great value as always.
