All in all the stay was nice. The only thing I didn’t like is the door only locked when in the room.

We did not feel safe at this hotel at all. I think all of the crackheads that were evicted from the airport in just wandered across the bridge to this place. As part of their advertised amenities it is a ride to and from the airport which did not happen. They called an Uber to get us to our flight out and assured us that they would come pick us up once we flew back into town 4 days later but after trying to get a hold of them for over a half an hour I finally had to pay for an Uber myself. When I asked the gal in the front lobby about it and showed her on my phone the number I had been trying to reach she casually said oh we changed our number months ago. When I asked for reimbursement for the Uber ride I had to pay for, she gave me the owner's business card and he doesn't even have his last name on the business card, it just says his name is Ken W. One of the phone numbers that is listed on his business card is out of service and the other one just goes straight to voicemail. I have left several messages with no return call. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very dirty.

If you are arriving at night, the sign is incredibly difficult to see, as it is a translucent sign on top of another old translucent sign, almost indiscernable at night. I drove around for awhile not finding the property. It took me an extra 20 minutes to find it, after driving right by and then backtracking. I worked in the sign industry for many years. All they have to do is remove the old sign from underneath so the new one will be clearly visible. I had no problems with my room, other than the carpet was a bit crusty feeling. I mentioned this to the staff when I was checking out. Bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. General room was clean and orderly. Airconditioner worked fine and it was very hot, close to 100 degrees outside. Refrigerator worked well. Personal safe available in room, although I didn't use it. The area outside of the property/parking lot left me feeling a bit unsafe due to high amount of late evening people traffic from building next door and shady characters in the parking lot. I arrived after 10pm at night. A guy was one his phone standing one car away from where I parked from the time I arrived until I went to bed about 1.5 hours later. Strange. I was just passing through and needed a shower, a soft bed in which to sleep and quiet room before leaving first thing in the morning. I got what I needed and my vehicle was fine in the morning. I did not partake, but there was some sort of continental breakfast available in the morning.

It was all right the main problem the fire alarm was going off for 2 weeks for no reason

The parking lot was dirty and cigarette butts everywhere. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. The halls were cheap laminate planks with many cracks, holes, damage. The planks make a clicking sound when you walked on it. There were stains and mud in the hall. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad. I didn’t even want to try the shower. The tv stand was badly damaged with pint chipping. The tv sound was very bad. The window was covered in spider webs and gnats. There were little spiders on the desk. The carpet was so dirty it made our feet black. The pool area had cigarette butts right on the edge of the pool. The pool towels had dark yellow stains. The “complimentary breakfast “ was a joke. Cold mushy tater tots. Runny waffle mix. A jar of generic nutella. Warm yogurt. Rotting fruit. A bottle of apple juice. We will never stay here again.

No hot water in bathroom. Coffee machine inoperable. Night desk clerk no help.

All in all was a good stay until I found a roach in my room the next morning.

Very quiet

My experience with this hotel was horrible I woke up to ants crawling all over me.

I stay here frequently and it is always a great experience. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, housekeeping is great. Easy check in. Would definitely stay again.

Trying to check in at 1am and cant get anyone to the desk to check me in.

Housekeeping staff does not speak any English. Not sure how much desk staff nods in agreement to every thing to say. My dog found treats that we did not bring. Door lock failed was told I would have to wait till maintenance showed up which would be in a hr did not offer to call to ask them to come in early The breakfast they served was unsanitary

The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was poor.

What a dump! Im sure it was nice at one time but its pretty run down an im guessing english is a second language. Tv didn't work and whole place had a funky smell. Not what you expect from Marriott i can see why it was so cheap.

Close to everything we needed. Breakfast items very basic and the waffles were not good. Our door kept getting stuck. Our coffee maker was missing the basket and the front desk would not get us another one. Room smelled terrible.

Tried calling the property several times to inform them of our late arrival. The 1st phone number wasn’t working and the 2nd phone number, they NEVER answered. Super LOUD guests and just overall rather sketchy. You get what you pay for. Check out, was literally just a basket and a sign to drop our room key. Not staying there again.

Very friendly staff.

10 out of 10 do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It’s sketchy outside and inside the property. The security guard makes you feel like you were doing something wrong constantly. It was so dirty! Something smeared on the bathroom wall, big ball of hair on the floor, the tub was so dirty and did not drain. The pool was clean but it was so humid in that room you couldn’t stay in there. There were people hanging out in the dark parking lot and garbage everywhere.

Carpets not vacuumed,,torn drapes, toilet hinges urine still visible, mold on shower, not sink or tub stoppers.

You have heard don’t judge a book from its cover this place isn’t up to par gym sucked didn’t open till late. Lots of people roaming the hall at all hours. Asked for help with tv guy was rude this place just sucked

There was a bunch of homeless around the property. The bathroom were dirty. When we went to have breakfast they closed before 9:30

I reserved and paid for 2 rooms for myself and my family, but the front desk agent would not let me check into the second room without a separate identification. It took 20 minutes and 2 different staff members to finally allow me a key for the second room, which didn’t actually work for the door when I got there… so back to the front desk I went, where the the 4 guests awaiting their respective check ins due to my 20 minute ordeal were still waiting. I had just stayed at this property 3 nights before, and didn’t have any issues. This was very poor customer service.

Worst experience ever. Thinks we're broken or on the verge of breaking. The carpet in the room was soaking wet with some brown stuff. It was all disgusting

Paint peeling in the bathroom, rust and yellowing in the tub, window view was just a bunch of junk. AC hardly cooled the room. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Didn’t feel safe.

Not only was this property absolutely filthy with human excrement on the tub exterior and public hair in the beds, it was unsafe and appeared to be used as a human-trafficking hub, with drugged girls being brought in, grouped in rooms, guards outside their doors and semi-trucks leaving the premesis. We left the facility once we realized what was happening and reported it to local and national authorities. Under no circumstance should you or anyone you care about stay here. Scariest and dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

No elevator to get your bags upstairs. Rundown hotel and the breakfast was a joke - no fruit or protein of any kind!
