The elevators are small, old and slow. We were on the 8th floor and sometimes we had to go up and down the stairs because the elevator never came.
The room is OK. The wifi is bad. The TVs cannot connect to the internet and they don't have a clue how to fix it.
I asked for an iron and a board the they I checked in, 3 days later I got it after 4 calls to the front desk and also in person.

Great stay, missing just a few amenities that I would liked. No iron/board, in room coffee service, and no laundry service available. Aside from that, very nice property and staff.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a lot of good restaurants nearby and close to the city center. The part we did not like was the noise that you can hear in the rooms, especially from the elevator. Unfortunately, we could not sleep very well.

Excellent location, safe and quiet. Hotel was great and close to downtown either by easy walk or inexpensive taxi. The A/C in the room was sluggish and the elevators very small (two people max (or three is you're small and thin).

Disappointing. The front of the property is beautiful and a great location however it papers over the literal cracks in the property. Our room was a good size but the duvet had no cover, was dirty. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were hard.
The door handle was falling off, the toilet made an almighty grunting noise and was not constructed properly. The safe didn’t work and the walls were falling off

This hotel has a great aesthetic from the street and the personnel was extremely friendly! However, the accommodations were not “luxury or boutique”. The bed was simply two full mattresses pushed together and a loose flat sheet placed on top. There were no nice soaps or lotions provided (something always fun to use). The hotel is poorly insulated for sound; you can hear every step up the stairs, word spoken on your floor, and door open/close. Also, early in the morning construction started with a persistent loud banging that did not cease until late at night. The hotel is great for a quick sleep and then to move on. However, it’s not great for a super comfortable multi-day stay.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The web site is misleading. The pictures do not reflect the rooms. The bed sheets looked dirty. No room to put anything in the bathroom. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms by the street, first floor. Noise all through the night, people smoking on the front of the hotel, I could smell it at 2:00 am. I booked 3 nights and only stayed one night. I am not sure why this hotel is called Luxury hotel, there is not coffee in the room, no bath floor mat, and the list goes on an on. Please make sure you read all reviews before you book this hotel

It was a disaster! The hotel is dirty. Baths are broken and old. The hotel is in refaction so the powder noise and so bother everybody. The noises on the corridors at any time. People from construction using the elevators to move bags and construction utensils. The chief of construction cursing and using every single bad word posible in the front desk while guest were in the lobby. I would never go back there it was horrible!!!!!!!

The hotel is in disarray falling apart. We were checked in to a room that was dirty, had a ball of hit in the sink debris of paint on the floor. We complained to the desk and the attendant was so embarrassed, he relocated us to another hotel unique central who gave us a room that was cleaned and decent. In the morning we went to have breakfast and when we returned, the room was flooded with sewage water. The staff showed no remorse whatsoever. They told us to go for a walk until they got a new room. When we came back they put us in a room so small our luggage did not fit. We finally decided to cancel the second reservation we had for an extra day to go to decent hotel.

The staff told us nothing about construction taking place to the room next to us. Drills, jack hammers, saws. It was incredibly loud and we had hardly any moments of quit until 7pm. We told a staff member about this issue, and he said “the other staff member should’ve have informed you about this.” There were no solutions, just a “deal with it” attitude.

Iwhat I didn’t like is…. that we were 2 female passengers confirmed for a double room 2 TWIN beds.
Instead got a double bed and was told they could not offer twin beds for our stay . There was no hair dryer as the reservation showed.
The room lack the necessary cleanliness needed specially with Covid . There was no customer service whatsoever. The personnel attitude was like “take it or leave”
I like to let you know that I am 84 years old and legally blind. I traveled to Buenos Aires to have some tests done for my eyesight. I felt that I was forced to share the bed with my chaperone. No consideration whatsoever.

Linda propiedad, pero necesita mucho trabajo. Muy ruidoso, ventanas antiguas que dejan pasar frio y ruido, habitaciones no actualizadas, y nos toco ruidos de obra de construccion en el primer piso que no nos dejaron descansar. Lamentable tener una orbra en el mismo edificio mientras hay muchos huespedes.
Lo mejor detodo la ubicacion.

Let’s be clear, this is definitely not a 4 stars hotel as stated. Pictures do not reflect the reality. Toilet and bath sink were clogged. Room sink did not work. Bathroom in general was very poor from rust in metal handles and faucets to bad and dirty tub joints and trims. Wish I could upload pictures. The only pro is its location. Not coming back.

Really great value! The fella who checked us in was wonderful. Room was clean. The only down side was the first floor view from the room was quite disappointing.

The location of the Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel is good. We had three rooms at the hotel. The bathrooms were extremely small. In fact to get out of the shower you practically had to climb over the sink. One of the rooms did not have any hot water. The bar sink in the room was apparently just for show...there was no water to the faucet and when we poured a bottle of water into the bar sink, the water came out at the bottom of the cabinet. I definitely would not stay here again.

Nothing special. Bit disappointing really. Below average breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Lifts/elevators are quite quirky. Obviously been through a recent refurbishment in the rooms. Odd use of space and decoration - look dated but with a lick of paint. Some poor maintenance, like the handle in the show hanging off. Not the worst hotel I have stayed in but not worth the money we paid.
